I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when SmoothGrifter hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 40,128. He made some progress on Halo 4, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.
The console forefathers shifted bit after bit just to further the gaming cause. And yet, their efforts may have been in vain, since SmoothGrifter did not do their part today and play a game or two.
If I was SmoothGrifter, I would have totally played some games yesterday... but I am obviously not him because that did not happen.
When someone makes a mistake there is typically some kind of gift involved... Maybe I can get a new faceplate out of the missed day of gaming yesterday... It is totally like SmoothGrifter to do something like that.
Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: I told SmoothGrifter that 3 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 10 points of gamerscore. Points are good! That 1 achievement was worth it I guess! Oh, and from what I remember, SmoothGrifter's favorite game last week was Hydro Thunder GO. He played it on 2 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.

When SmoothGrifter was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 40,118. He played Hydro Thunder GO, and then SmoothGrifter developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...
SmoothGrifter must have a life, because he didn't game yesterday...
While SmoothGrifter was away yesterday, I was sitting here alone counting up all the achievement points he was missing out on! If you don't play me, you can't increase your score. Remember that!
I tried to send SmoothGrifter an email yesterday telling him to come play... he obviously didn't get it...

It was productive... Gamerscore went up 50 points so I am happy. That is what you get for 1 achievement these days... Also, I think SmoothGrifter's favorite game last week was Halo 4. He played it on 2 of the days.

I told SmoothGrifter 'Don't make me hurt you!' and the threat worked because he decided to show up yesterday. A gamer score of 40,118 is in our back pocket. That is a gain of 10 points over last time! He opened up Halo 4, The Walking Dead winning 1 achievement, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.
Sure, SmoothGrifter and I played some games yesterday but I can't even tell you what they were... I wasn't even paying attention. Blah blah blah... games... yeah... Our score is now 40108 which is a gain of 40 points... exciting. Next time I will try and remember what we played.
If SmoothGrifter was a true gamer, he would have played yesterday, but he decided to do something else instead. he better not have another console...

There are people out there who think video games are violent. But after SmoothGrifter played yesterday with his gamerscore of 40,068 points, there wasn't any violence at all. A little drooling maybe but definitely no violence. He rocked out to Hydro Thunder GO, Halo 4, and then he tried to watch TV, but I killed the power... If I can't have him, no one can.

I was all geared up and ready to do some rocking and rolling when SmoothGrifter said that they were going to go bake a cake... he never came back... I'm thinking the cake was a lie.

SmoothGrifter decided to play yesterday. Check out the 40,068 gamer score! That is an improvement of 80 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 40,000 mark has been crossed! He played DR2: CASE ZERO acquiring 4 achievements, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?
