We are 6 weeks away from the biggest single achievement/gamerscore public event that anyone has attempted. I need to start making final plans for the store that weekend and I need to know how many people are on-the-fence about attending that have not booked yet?
As it stands now we have 28 players booked and paid. I needed to get about 75% capacity to feel comfortable closing the store to the public for the entire weekend. It appears that is not going to happen at this point, unless there are 40-50 people thinking about coming still that have not reserved a seat.
If there is even a REMOTE chance that you might make it out, please let me know ASAP. I will start contacting those folks who have reserved their spots so we can move everyone to one side of the building to allow us to have the other side open to the public. We can rope-off the section for Achievement Fest and there will be extended hours that are not open to the public, but I can't take a gamble on a $3-4k weekend of sales with only around $800 paid so far by the AF reserves.
A small group isn't a bad thing, in fact it will be much more intimate and we will all get to know each other much better. I just need to make plans if this is the size we are going to be this year. |

I'm still a "maybe." Will try to decide for sure one way or the other here soon. More likely than not, I think I'm probably going. |

If seating changes end up being made, you can just place me wherever you want to, BoZack. I'm not picky nor a complainer..unless the discussion is video games, in which case I am very much a complainer

I was hoping that they'd make a schedule change and remove my contest for that week so I could say "hah! had you fooled, I'm going after all" ...but no, they just added 4 more dates lol. |
