Ok, so I was browsing through the other deals thread and its mostly people posting about deals in US shops. t4nd4rs done a great job at letting all his fellow comrades in the states know about great deals on games. I thought I would take a leaf from his book and do the same for all of us in the UK. So without further ado, here are a few deals I have found recently. I won't be updating this on a regular basis just when I find some good deals. Feel free to post anything you may find for any UK shops online or otherwise.
Wheelman £12.99 @ play.com, regardless of how good the game is its a great price.
Play.com are also having a sale on, there are a few games here which are going for fairly cheap. The most notable ones are:
50 Cent: BOTS - £17.99
Bionic Commando - £24.99

Last but not least Guitar Hero: Greatest hits @ game.co.uk for £27.99
EDIT: just seen the Bigs 2 for 17.99 pre-order. This may be a mistake but get it whilst it's this cheap.

I'm looking for dealz on used games, but I found this for a US store that sells XBOX Live Gold (digital delivery) for the UK/Europe:
12 month card: $45.95 (£30.51)
3 month card: $19.95 (£13.25)
but they also got a deal where u can get 3 months free with this promo: http://www.sun-e-side.com/Promotions.aspx
ukash is not big in the US, so I thought someone from the UK or Europe might think it's a good deal

There is news about a Forza 3 bundle coming to the UK on Oct 23rd that includes the 250gig hd. This matches the MW2 bundle in size and what is included except the Forza 3 case will not be a custom Forza design.

Well i use american and canadian shops, some of those ntsc would work on pal systems as well.

Your right there aren't that many deals about at the moment, I hope there is soon as there aren't that many new games coming out in the next couple of months. I need me some cheap older games to tie me over until MW2  |

Zavvi have got a massive sale on 360 games at the moment here
You can pick up some older games for under a tenner and some very new games for under £20. Smackdown vs Raw 09 £14.95, Bioshock £10.95. There are some seriously good games to be had. Check it out. |

Bionic Commando for £17.95 at zaavi, most of the stuff i've heard about this game isn't too great but fairly cheap for a relatively new game |

Skate 2 is £12.99 at 7dayshop.com
4200 MS points for £30.85 at shopto.net, doesn't work out as cheap as the zaavi 2100 for £15 offer a couple of weeks back but it's instant delivery
EDIT: The Bigs 2 seems to be cheap everywhere i look online, all around £15 so i assume it's being released as a budget title like when table tennis was released, also found fight night round 4 for £29.85 at shopto.net |
