The Super Team Elimination Invitational
(invitation not required)
As brought to you by Chrome30 and futiles
This thread is to get everyone introduced to the upcoming challenge, and to get the team sign-ups started.
First off, I think everyone should know that this will be a team challenge. (Well obviously, look at the title)
SIGN UP OF ALL TEAMS ARE CLOSED
THIS JUST IN:
ChangeAgent and Fatty Chubs have agreed to award the Community Badge to all participants.
Basic Team Rules
1) All teams will consist of two members.
2) All teams will be named by the team members. This is a community building event, please get involved!
3) Participants are required to find their own Partner. That is why this thread is here. Use it to find an interested gamer with whom to team up.
4) Challenge will be limited to first 50 39 teams. Get in fast, the first 50 39 (cause that's what we got) qualified and approved* teams get in.
(10 alternate teams will be accepted in case any of the initial 50 teams must be disqualified, and will fill in for disqualified teamed in order of submitting for participation) - not needed.
Basic Participant Rules
1) EACH participant MUST have a minimum gamerscore of 25K at the START of the contest. (If either team member is not at 25K by Midnight PT at the start of the contest, their team will be disqualified, removed from the challenge and replaced with the first qualified alternate)
2) All entrants are subject to final approval of Chrome30 and futiles, all decisions are at the sole discretion of Chrome30 and futiles. If you would like to plead your case, please private message Chrome30 and/or futiles. We will talk with you.
Chrome30 and futiles will be a team (not one of the 50).
They will be competing.
They must be eliminated for there to be a winner.
If Chrome30 and futiles win, well, they’ll keep their stuff.
Wait, What's That? Their Stuff? Like Prizes?
YES!!!!
There will be a prize for EACH member of the winning team.
This is something that Mr. Chrome30 (your newest 3VCE) has hinted (oh so slightly  at) over the past 6 months.
The prize will be a new Xbox 360 ARCADE console AND a 12 month Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription for each member of the winning team.
That's right! A console and LIVE!
One request, please, both members announce your intent to participate. futiles will basically be cyber-stalking you, we don't want this to get uncomfortable.

You don't have to join the group, it's optional.
We'll be announcing if any group gets rejected.

You need to start looking at the S.T.E.I. Scoring thread in Challenges (Discussion) forum.
This thread was only for invites. Saints with Names is correct over there.
Also, it's been answered before, but, this event is not a 360voice challenge. It will not affect your ability to join challenges in any way.
It is a completely separate event. |

so im not sure if it matters, but it still says that i am partnered with PAPA BEAR 3 on the main page. I am partnered with Namesless Saint. I just dont want to accidentally keep my partner out of this competition because of a typo. Thank you |

I just want to apologize for the actions of A Weak Mind. I just returned to this post from a few of my friends saying he went crazy with posting.
i don't want his actions to be looked like I'm the same person or anthing like that. I was fine when we weren't allowed to join the challenge. I know we were late and I have no problems with that.

is this going to run in the same fashion as one of the regular competitions, or is it going to be run in a different manner? just curious because i usually enter a bi-monthly challenge, and was curious if i would still be able to do that at the same time. (the "dont look at me challenge") |

DanielSW and Greasy E will be known as the Axe Assassins. Sorry it took so long to post a team name, I've been kinda busy with other things, among which is getting Greasy E up to 25K before this challenge starts. Almost there! |
