I have the different options posted up on the website now for seating. I also decided that we will be reserving the store seats for the entire weekend, Friday through Sunday. I am trying to finalize the cost of the seats so that we can have everyone start reserving their stations next week.

A quick summary of the available seats:

(18) - Empty seats for those who are driving and can bring an entire set-up including TV/monitor, Xbox and cords.

(35) - Partial seats for those who can bring their Xbox but can't bring a TV/monitor with them. These will have the screens ready and you will need your Xbox and headphones for sound.

(50) - Full seats with TV/monitor, Xbox and everything needed.

Obviously if one type is more in demand we can make some adjustments on our end... for example if more people want to bring their full set-up (more than 18) we can convert some of the partial stations to empty stations.

I couldn't figure out how to upgrade my station so I clicked-through a payment for a full station and entered the same seat number I already had. Don't worry about refunding the empty station I initially purchased though, just consider it a donation for your efforts in putting this together :)

UPDATE: I have moved around the seating, giving us the entire right side of the store so that I can easily block it off from the public. I kept everyone next to those who they reserved by already, just let me know if I happened to put you in a room with your nemesis or something. :)

We will make sure there is plenty of any kind of space you need. If you don't want to haul your TV and Xbox with you then we will have 32" LCD stations with an Xbox that you can use if you want. Just make sure to upgrade in the next week to 10 days, we are going to re-arrange the seating and move everyone to one side of the store.

How are you doing on stations thus far? I reserved an empty but mostly in the interest of leaving full stations open for those flying and such. If there are a lot of full stations remaining, I'd rather upgrade to full and not have to travel with all of my stuff.

Steelhead and I are trying to get as many guys as we can from SG to come, and in doing so were hoping that we could move seats to hopefully all sit together. I sent and email through the achievement fest website, but i am mentioning it in here in case it gets overlooked with everything that going on.

Yeah... After I get my next shipment sent to eBash I will work on figuring out how to log in and get familiar with how the site operates...

Feel bad for Dren... He is not in the Kinect room but he will still be smelling me (fat guy playing 360 = skinny guy on Kinect)

I know, its pretty lonely in the Black Room, I may have to move to be with some familiar faces. Also, Mr. pTart request 32" tv as well. Like, Laus, it will be the same as home

I like to sit at the back, back of the bus, back of the classroom, back of the meeting room at work, etc. White room is at the back and close to the toilets, double whammy in my book.
