The Welcoming Crew has a few things we are working on to make Achievement Fest more memorable for all of you. We are working on creating custom name badges for everyone attending, but in order to get these done in time for Achievement Fest, we'll need to know by June 30th if you'll be signing up for Achievement Fest. This gives us ample time to create the badges and have them ready for the event. These badges will also have custom made lanyards that I am in the process of getting made. What we'll need from all of you is your Gamertag and your real name so that we can begin the process of getting a list of everyone attending and start working on creating the badges. Even if you haven't signed up on the Achievement Fest site yet, but you are planning on going, let us know. Please let either UberToast or myself know if you plan on going, and send us an email through the site letting us know your Gamertag and real name (just needs to be first name), so that we can begin preparations for the custom badges. I know there is more in store for all of you then just the badges, so this is just the beginning of what is looking to be a fantastic weekend in Indiana!! Hope to see all of you there!!

Lookin' good!! 6 days till I jump a plane to Colorado!! Then it's Achievement Fest or Bust!!

Again, such a great idea especially because I am so terrible remembering names. They look amazing!

Side Note: I still can't figure out why my avatar shows up in some older clothes sometimes. It is not a big deal, but I was just curious if anyone else experiences the same thing? What I have on in my badge above shows up many times instead of the actual clothes I am wearing.

Great - that takes care of 2 of my questions. :) Thanks! I must have missed that somewhere along the line.

-------- FINAL NOTICE --------

June 31
Prepare your avatar as you want to see it on your badge. I will be pulling avatar images tomorrow morning (July 1st) and whatever graphic I pull WILL be the one used on your badge, I will not be changing graphics for anyone.

Thank you for your cooperation.

FYI - changing your avatar's attire using the avatar editor on the Xbox will provide your avatar the standard stance/pose in the image I pull. Using the web-based avatar editor will save your avatar in one of several random poses. Any of these is acceptable for the badge, just be aware of this.

-------- FOLLOW UP --------

July 1
I have pulled the Avatar graphics for all 28 confirmed participants as well as several additional people that have indicated to be attending. What I have now will be on your badge for Achievement Fest, no changes for graphics I have already collected will be accepted. There are a few items I am missing / don't have answers on yet, please review:

MR pTart - no account associated with this GT.
Kill The Noise - Indicated attending, no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
DJP519 - Indicated attending, no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
porschephiliac - Indicated attending, no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
Cobraguy555 - Indicated attending, no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
Oak Clif Killer - Indicated attending (Via Cobraguy555), no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
rockra74 - Indicated attending (Via Cobraguy555), no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
FurryPalmer - Indicated attending in Guinness Thread, no confirmed seat as of 7/1.
NIGHTMAREB4XMAS - Indicated "On the fence" in the AF Headcount thread, no confirmation of attending.

I am using the above list to keep myself organized as well as make sure people are aware of missing information / confirmations. I have submitted messages over XBL to anyone above that I needed information from.

If there is anyone I have missed, please make sure I am notified as soon as possible, and make sure to get your seats purchased on the AF website to ensure everyone is properly counted.

I will buy you some bacon to rub on yourself to make it better.

It's only accessible to Achievement Fest Gold participants.

So, the badges will be size proportioned, right?

I want my badge to take up the same percentage of surface area on my chest as Hotdog's does on him.

You are taking care of that, yes? I don't want to look silly with some under or over sized badge hanging from my neck.

Badges will all be the same size, as can be seen here

Same size as what?

Same size as a credit card more or less. Approximately 2.5 inches wide by 3 inches in length.

Unacceptable. Why should I be forced to wear something matched up to hotdogmcgee's puny frame on my standard size frame?

I don't know if I'd call your frame "standard". But unfortunately, the badges don't come in the Big and Tall sizes.

Take four, put them in a quadrant formation, laminate them together, voila! Standard size badges.

I was thinking taking more like 6 standard size badges and a blow torch and "molding" them together into one big badge. Is this more along the lines of what you were thinking?

Too demure?

depends on how much bedazzling you do to it.

None on the "front"

But the back should be an xbox 360 console and a giant tv done pointillism style in green and yellow bedazzle beads...
