I need a new XBLA game or two and was looking for a few ideas.

I like a good challenge so difficultly isn't much of a issue, but I don't want something thats going to make me pull my hair out for a achievement (See Trials HD Marathon Achievement, which I WILL earn someday).

No Splosion Man (Great game), only because of the co-op achievements (I don't have anyone that could help me Local, so for that reason alone its a NO).

So anything thats fun and has obtainable achievements.

Hows The Maw? I heard it was good.

I DON'T want any easy 200/200 games that take minutes to complete, I want a game not just achievements.

The Maw was a fun little game. I have played through it about 4 times now. Peggle is awesome. I saw some vids of it and thought to myself, "People are addicted to this?" Now I can't put it down. Defense Grid is good, Puzzle Quest can easily suck up hours.

If you like tower defense, Defense Grid is as good as that will get (the demo doesn't really do the complexity of the game justice). If you're looking for a very new spin on that genre, I spent a lot of time playing Toy Soldiers, eventually 100% that after putting in a lot of work.

Have you looked at Braid? It's a fantastic little game...

I also purchased Zombie Apocalypse after playing the demo (it still might be 400 points yet today). I haven't played the full version yet, but the demo was fun.

Peggle will take you a loooooong time - well worth the money!

I picked up Zombie Apocalypse on Saturday, great game for 400 points, 800 points I'm not so sure about.

I have heard nothing but good things about Snoopy Flying Aces. There's a Quick Look on GiantBomb.com that looked good.

Looks like I have a few trials to download tonight, keep them coming.

Anyone tried Snoopys Flying Ace? it looked fun.

The Maw does take a little while to complete, I thought it was a very quick 250/250, which it is not. Definitely on the easy side. Have you tried Castlevania: Symphony of the Night? That's a good one.

Peggle is also really addictive, despite being really simple. Puzzle Quest is fun, I really need to play it more. Crystal Defenders is one I like, and it can be either an easy completion or a hard one, depending if you follow guides or not.

Oh! Bionic Commando Re-Armed! It's TOUGH!

I already have Shadow Complex (bought it the day it came out, loved it), still looking for ideas. I might give The Maw a try later even tho the achievements do look pretty easy, will it at least take a few hours to complete?

Shadow Complex for sure. I would also recommend Defense Grid, and The Maw is great too

Shadow Complex sounds like your cup of tea. Hopefully you bought it on sale last week?

I liked Keflings, but then, all of the sudden, you're done.

Let me know if you need a few banners.

Shadow Complex is fantastic!! If you liked Metroid, you'll love this. It's 3D, but not.

Worms and Worms 2 were both good, but I like those types of games.

If you like puzzles, there's Puzzle Quest, Puzzle Arcade, and Winterbottom.

Those are ones that I can think of that haven't already been mentioned.

Maw is a fun experience, yet tends to be quite easy.

I would recommend it, Age of Booty, Sam & Max (very good, but may be a bit pricey), and Family Game Night (arcade/retail? who knows, but good nonetheless).

Maybe Puzzle quest if you like bejeweled and RPG's

Peggle is nice and way difficult

Anything else I cannot comment on as I don't play many arcade titles.
