The recent topic Dream: Gamer Signatures powered by 360voice got my attention as something that the community needs. Today, I was bored and was trying to find something to do, so I decided to start into a standard for sigXML so someone could use multiple services to do this without having to remake the XML. I think I found it, but it's going to be a bit before I flesh out the real details later, but I decided to replicate the image in my sig with a sigXML driven script.


The XML file

Items on the to-do list (Will be crossed out as I complete them):
* Write a FAQ for the XML
* Write code to handle things other than badges, games and profile data
* Check if caching works Done!
* Write code to load images other than the background image
* Write code to allow images to be larger or smaller than background (dimensions currently defined by background image dimensions) Done!
* Integrate into http://sigs.eegrasstudios.com
* Allow text alignment
* Install more fonts

When this gets to a releasable state, I will release the code to all who want it.
