| I was walking through Wal-Mart last night and what do I see? I discovered a whole bunch of Wii Fits. WTF? I thought this game was gonna' be hard to find. So, I picked up a copy because it is the only reason my girlfriend wouldn't let me trade my Wii in for more 360 stuff. She's already played it, but I will hit the white foot pad as soon as I get home from work. I'll let you guys know my thoughts. I already don't like it, because I can't get any achievements out of it. Oh well. I guess increasing my personal fitness and health should be achievement enough. Tune in. |

Surprised you were able to find it so easily. From what I've read (and seen) it seems to be in very limited supply.
Typical Nintendo. Limit supply in order to increase demand. |

Actually, the platform will support up to 330 ibs. I did get to try it when I got home yesterday. I was surprised to see that when it was done callibrating that I was already in the ideal health range. The only thing is that the BMI scale is a little off. When I was getting measured for my fire man's test, I came in at 14% BMI. That test was also done with the correct tools. According to Wii Fit, I'm at 22%. That tells that the game is a little off. However, I have to say that I was surprised. The balance mini games are pretty dang hard, yet fun at the same time. I worked out with it for 20 minutes yesterday. I did a little of all of the workouts. I have to say that the Aerobics ones are the most taxing. After 20 minutes, I was sweating profusely. I can actually feel the workout in my abs today. I've set the game up for a two week work out, so we will see what kind of results I get. |

The Best buy U went to yesterday waws sold out. The best way to find one is to to a Wal-Mart in a small town or bad area of town. You will find plenty that way. |

I checked the Wal-Mart in my hometown (pop. 5,000) and had no luck yesterday. I figure I'll keep checking there over the next few weeks and I'll probably be able to snag one.
They've had Wiis in stock for the last month, so it seems that they will be the best bet (as you suggested) for getting Wii Fit eventually. I don't know why, but I really want to check it out. It is the sole reason I bought a Wii. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint. |

That sounds like a good plan. I would actually keep in touch with the electronics department. they should honestly give you some sort of idea of when they get the next shipment in. I actually am digging it right now. It has some basic but fun mini games. The workouts are hard enough to keep me into them, but not to hard to make me want to quit. Also, the female trainer sounds kind of butch. |

I got the Wii Fit and Have put about 1.5 hours total into on 2 different days. Wife has done more than that. I'm pretty impressed with it. Considering I don't work out, I was sore for the first 2 days after a 30 min workout. I'm just wondering how long it'll take to unlock everything. My wife just unlocked a boxing game and you have to use the Fit, Remote, and nunchuck for it.
My little girl likes the running part and has unlocked more stuff on that than me and the wife. She has distance and an island run on it.
Overall I'm really impressed with it. I wonder once everything is unlocked how long it would take to do the full workout. |

I think it's okay. I've logged almost an hour & unlocked a few new excercises. At least the g/f likes competing with me with the high scores!
I'd like to make it across the tightrope once!! |

You haven't finished the tipe rope yet? once you get it down, that's easy. I flew by that one the other day. I'll grab my time and post it for you to see. Now what is hard is the bubble game. I still can't finish it. At like 968 yards or something. That one bend at that area I just can't get through the end part of it.
Ohh and to add, my wife unlocked snowboarding today. 8) |

The bubble game works very much like the tight rope game and the ski jump game combined. I still haven't made it around the last bend. I've been focusing a lot on the strength training. I suggest everyone try the ab exercise and the push up/extend exercise. Those two are keeping me a little sore everyday. I put on anywhere between 20-30 minutes a day. I've unlocked quite a few things, but I'm no where near complete. I use my 360 as a cool down from my work out. It's a good trade off, counting that I can put anywhere between 2-6 hours of gameplay on the xbox. |

So my girlfriend showed me this video and asked if I should get wiifit for her. I hope everyone gets a good laugh out of this. Sorry if its a bit on the more adult side. No nudity or anything though. Just funny.
