No way are either of the Overlord games strategy games. I know wikipedia is not a definitive source, but they have this one down pretty well, and Overlord is square in the Action-Adventure category.

Action-adventure games combine elements of their two component genres, typically featuring long-term obstacles that must be overcome using a tool or item as leverage (which is collected earlier), as well as many smaller obstacles almost constantly in the way, that require elements of action games to overcome. Action-adventure games tend to focus on exploration and usually involve item gathering, simple puzzle solving, and combat.
Strategy video games focus on gameplay requiring careful and skillful thinking and planning in order to achieve victory. In most strategy video games, says Andrew Rollings, "the player is given a godlike view of the game world, indirectly controlling the units under his command."[26] Rollings also notes that "The origin of strategy games is rooted in their close cousins, board games."[26] Strategy video games generally take one of four archetypal forms, depending on whether the game is turn-based or real-time and whether the game's focus is upon strategy or military tactics: 4X, ARtillery, Real Time Strategy, Turn Based Strategy

Overlord, Overlord 2 are currently in Oddball and there they shall stay. Please, for the love of Jabootu, STOP suggesting them.
As far as placing games in genres, if they are already in a genre here, move on and suggest something that has been horribly overlooked (as was done with Warhammer not being in strategy, or Battlefield 1943 being left out of FPS, those are oppsies.)
Anyways, Brutal Legend seems very much to be a Sandbox from what I have seen, despite the RTS elements, it seems less Overlord, more Assassin's Creed. Anyone that has really played it care to weigh in with their opinion? This game might just be the hardest one to place of the fall.
Speaking of which: Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 to Wrestling; Borderlands to RPG, Dragon Age to RPG, South Park Tower Defense go!: Let's Play! to Strategy

I can put my 2 cents here after playing some of it.
Although there are RTS elements you still have to drive around for the missions and to get a lot of the collectables and such. Sometimes also for the missions its just a small part of RTS that can last no more then 5-30 mins depending on how good you are. I mean there is some RTS to it but for the most part it plays like a Sandbox with linear storyline |

Thanks Elmo, and yeah, I was 90% sure it was going to be a Sandbox title. All the previews seemed to lean that way.

SupComEur could be added to Strategy, along with Battlestations: Pacific. Note that BP has two versions, one for the PC and one for the Xbox, with different achievements (so you can earn 2300 points total counting the DLC on both platforms). I don't know if 360v includes PC games with achievements in the lists but just in case. Battlestations: Midway (already in the strategy genre) only had one, the PC version of that was not a GFWL title.
Stormrise has the same deal, the GFWL version is a different list than the 360 game, so might need to be in the strategy genre twice (the 360 version is already in there).
Zoids Assault and The Outfit are both strategy games as well. Zoids is a turn based strategy game (with some minor RPG elements) and The Outfit is a squad based RTS with strong action elements.
