| Splosion Man belongs somewhere. We don't have a Platformer genre, but I see that N+ is recommended for Puzzle, and the game plays a lot like N+. An oddball argument could be made as well. |

with the introduction of Secret of Monkey Island and (I really hope) the possibility of LucasArts opening up their library for future games (supposedly hinging on how well Monkey Island does) I was wondering if a few more games would open the door for a Point N Click genre with the Penny Arcade games, Sam & Max, and Monkey Island for future consideration?
The badge could be a picture of the mouse cursor.

I like that suggestion, but it does raise a good point.
Given the totally auto aim nature of GI Joe, with it's lack of actually dying and horrible, HORRIBLE cover system, should it be a shmup or a third person shooter? It is a third person shooter, but it does stick out next to GRAW, Gears, Lost Planet and even The Club (you try that on Insane, then get back to me.)
Shump has a 1k retail title already....err....soon, in Raiden Fighter Aces, so another retail title to it won't upend the the badge too much. I dunno, it's debatable at least. |

GI Joe is not a Shmup. It is the wrong type of game to be considered as such. If it was 2d and involved a Commando or Ikari Warriors type game play sure.

Due to fact that is doesn't fall into a set category and bad reviews, maybe it shouldn't be considered for a badge and just left the way it is for the Movie Collector. |
