Ok it's been a while since I thought of a badge that was shot down and figured it was about time to come up with another. 
So here it is:
"Top of the Pile": Some of the all-time top rated games. Like GTA IV, BioShock, CoD4, etc.
"Bottom of the Pile": The opposite of above. Like Leisure Suit Larry, Pimp My Ride, Double D Dodgeball, etc.
The idea would be to have only 10 games in each badge. If a new game comes out and ends up in the top or bottom 10 it would replace the #10 spot. It would be nice to have the 3 star system so that you actually have to play the games. |

Similar to a Collection badge that is indeed coming and will be changed dynamically based on site stats. The Top 10 Collection will be all 10 games listed in 360v's Top Ten for any given day.Granted, that's based off of most played, but here's a spoiler: Pimp My Ride will never be in the Top Ten.
Again, stars are only for Genres, until double dipping is incorporated and then well, who knows? Keep this thought in your head and come back to it later.

I suggested Pimp My Ride be in the "Bottom Ten", which it is. Yeah I know the stars are for Genres, that's why I said "It would be nice". Either way my idea could work as a collection badge as well.

Heh, the Pimp My Ride comment was because of the Top Rated Idea, the Bottom Rated concept has joined the War Collection(which is actually very likely) in the next round of suggestions to go over.
Would be based off of Metacritic scores, since an exact opposite of the Top Ten Most Played would, by it's very nature, not work.
The Collection as stands at this moment:

Leisure Suit Larry
Crazy Mouse
Jumper
Shellshock 2
Bomberman: Act Zero
Destroy All Humans
History Channel: Battle for the Pacific
Infernal: Hell's Vengeance
Double D Dodgeball
Frogger 2

This would be cruel and unusual punishment. I'd vote these to be only retail games and it's even more of a sin that somebody tried to seel some of these games at retail price points. |
