Here we go!
The first (of hopefully many) season for the eBash Gamers Group (EGG) begins September 6th! The fall season consists of 8 weekly contests featuring unique themes. Not only will there be weekly door prizes given away to random lucky participants but there also will be larger prizes for the top 3 players of the season.
All questions can be posted here, but registration and scoring will be tracked on a mini-site located here:

The schedule for the season is as follows:
Week 1: September 6th - 10th
Week 2: September 13th - 17th
Week 3: September 20th - 24th
Week 4: September 27th - October 1st
Week 5: October 4th - 8th
Week 6: October 11th - 15th
Week 7: October 18th - 22nd
Week 8: October 25th - 29th

2011 Fall EGG Weekly Themes and Details
Week 1
Theme: NFL Kickoff
Details: Games must be football related or the achievement itself must be football related. Because our European players do not have access to as many REAL football games then soccer will also be included. Examples of qualifying games are: Madden, NCAA Football, NFL Blitz, NFL Head Coach, FIFA, Rookie Rush, etc.
Week 2
Theme: Clean Up
Details: This is inspired by Lausdomini's HERBIE clean-up challenge but with a bit of a twist. Games that will count this week must have at least one achievement unlocked and cannot have an achievement unlocked after 7/1/2011.
Week 3
Theme: Gears 3! Sci-Fi Shooter Genre
Details: To celebrate the release of Gears of War 3 AND the big challenge over at 360voice.com we will be ONLY scoring points in games listed in the Sci-Fit shooter category. To find a complete list of available games visit: http://360voice.gamerdna.com/genre-view.asp?genre=25
Week 4
Theme: Buddy Week
360voice.com challenge:
Details: During this week only points scored matching another gamer in the EGG challenge will count toward your point total. Obviously you can try to get lucky and play something you see someone else play, but the easy way would be to set-up a time to play some games with a buddy!
Week 5
Theme: Mystery Week
Details: I have a scoring scheme in place that I will PM to the scorekeepers behind the scenes (none of them are really in the running for the top positions anyway). As the week goes along part of the fun will be trying to crack the code.
***Bonus 7*** EGGs to anyone who cracks the scoring code (scorekeepers are not eligible and are sworn to secrecy) by sending me a PM with the key to the code.
Week 6
Theme: Sandbox Genre
Details: All points this week only count if they are from a game listed in the Sandbox Genre here on 360voice. This genre was voted on during week 3 by the players. To view a list of qualifying games visit: http://360voice.gamerdna.com/genre-view.asp?genre=13
Week 7
Theme: Oldies Week
Details: Each player will visit xbox.com and list their games by "Played Last". The bottom 10 games on each list will be posted in the forums and added to the available games for ALL players this week. The current game list is found in the first page of the EGG forum thread.
Week 8
Theme: Your Worst Nightmare
Details: The final week is in honor of the last week before Halloween. I am happy to reveal the details today. Points earned in the final week can only come from a game which has a TA ratio 2.5 or higher THROUGHOUT the entire week. So the kicker will be if 2-3 players jump on a game around 2.501 and force the TA ratio down below 2.5 then all of their points will not count. |

| I want to get in on this. Also, your weekly themes are showing on the egg site... I can see weeks 3, 4 and 8, even though I have no idea what they mean... also, I don't own or have any interest in playing football (or soccer) games, so high five for starting a week late, lol. |
