Here are a couple ideas for the incomplete collection. I tried to stick with the simple two-tone scheme to match the other collection badges.
One drawback to this one is that it might be confused with the puzzle genre:
Here is another option:
I figured since a the completed games badge is a disc, the incomplete collection badge could be a broken disc.

I was going to do something similar with a missing puzzle piece, but opted not to for the exact reason you mentioned.
I do like the broken disc concept. Why does it look like you fractured a Pokeball? |

Yea, guess it does look similar, even though I had to look up what a pokeball even looks like. It was the most basic image of a broken disc I could find.
I think we should stick with the current theme of collection badges with the dark green background and no words. This keeps them distinct looking as compared to genre badges.
I also think we have to be careful with the amount of detail in the badge picture. I am sure they are great pictures, but when scaled to that size they look like blob of color, especially when you add the words and star(s) on top.
That being said, I like a lot of the ideas out there. |

OK, so I gave it a try. I know its a little rough, I was having great difficulty with the font (so if someone could give me guidance that would be wonderful).
When I heard there was going to be a Fitness badge, I immediately thought of "Sweatin to the Oldies"
I have a couple other ideas floating around in my head for badges, but obviously my photoshoping skills need some sharpening... |
