Also, played by a very small number of people compared to the rest of the games in the genre. If it wasn't easy with a single brutally hard achievement, few people would have heard of it. And besides, there are easier, more played games that aren't even in the genre (NCAA Football 07, FIFA 06 RTFWC, 2006 FIFA World Cup, etc).
Edit: I just checked and those 3 games I mentioned each have 10 times as many people having played them on TA when compared to BCFx. |

Voting doesn't make it easier, actually, it makes it harder.
There used to not be a badge team, but, about a year ago, maybe less, there was a request made for anyone interested in helping with badges.
Basically, those volunteers became the badge team.
Perhaps, one day, they will expand. Maybe they won't. But, until then, feel free to express your opinion in these threads, just with the understanding that final decisions are made behind the scenes. And, if they have made a decision, repeatedly, and nothing has changed (patches, production and availibility increases, etc), then likely neither will their decision. |

No we have not. I have brought up BCFX for discussion four times (4). And of those four not once have "we", you and I, had a discussion about it were you had to explain anything to me. So don't exaggerate the issue and get your facts straight.

So you are saying you are forbidding me from bringing up a title in a thread whose sole purpose is to suggest titles be place in a particular genre? I respect the process here, and if it's not going to happen, it's not going to happen, that's fine. But for the record, I'd also like to see BCFX in Sports. LordChabelo is not the only one.
Side note - a while back, a couple people suggested adding PowerGig to Rockstar. And I know at least one person argued against it. Was a decision made to exclude it? Or was the conversation simply dropped? Thanks! |

I tried to get great battles into strategy along with lafta and are answer was you need a high number of the community to support it before in gets looked at by the badge team. |

That was me that objected, and I objected for the same reason as I object to BCFx: Obscurity. Quality is subjective (we all like some bad games), but the fact that so few people have played the game compared to its contemporaries is a factor that you can actually measure. Rocksmith has 4 times as many people playing it as PowerGig. Same with Rock Revolution when you check the stack. Those would be the weakest games in the genre. An obscure game in a small genre isn't too much of an issue (Last I checked, Jillian Michaels Fitness Adventure was the least played game, but that genre is tiny), but in a large genre it becomes a factor. |
