I'll get my first completion today, along with the first achievement I've unlocked in a couple weeks, and the first build on my tower. It's almost as if it was planned.
edit: even better, the achievement I got was "completionist" in Transformers for getting all the symbols. Stategery! |

Re-reading red/gold brick rules just to make sure I have them down.
Just to make absolutely sure, if we get 4 red bricks dropped on us and split them four ways, all four of us have to build at the same time that day?
Edit: That no editing rule is really going to come back to hurt me (yes, I did this on purpose...this time) |

If you get 4 bricks and choose to split them 4 ways, then the day after receiving the bricks, the builder will need 2 achievements more than his current tower height. The other three will need 1 achievement more than each tower height.
The no editing rule applies only to dropping bricks, since it would be a maintenance headache if Dacoto and HotDog declared bonuses every morning and then revoked them every night :) |

Since I am playing catch up on reading the rules and such:
So, to understand the above - if Team N has 4 bricks dropped on them, and they split them evenly (one brick each) with the following scenario:
Member 1 has a 4 brick tower
Member 2 has a 10 brick tower
Member 3 has a 2 brick tower
Member 4 has no tower yet
Then, on the day after receiving bricks, and member 4 is the scheduled builder, the build would be:
Member 1 has to get 5 achievements (Tower of 4 plus red brick)
Member 2 has to get 11 achievements (tower of 10 plus red brick)
Member 3 has to get 3 achievements (Tower of 2 plus red brick)
Member 4 has to get 2 achievements (1st brick of tower plus red brick)
?
Or this:
Members 1-3 each need to get 1 achievement to cancel the red bricks
Member 4 needs to get 2 achievements (1 to start tower and 1 to cancel red brick)

But last year the rules surrounding build scheduling eliminated half the field! Should be much easier this year being able to change builders the day of. |

Cold War at first because people tend to be like sheep and all "oh, but if I toss a brick, then I'll get hit back in retaliation". Once someone breaks the ice, it's going to get nasty.
