I have the different options posted up on the website now for seating. I also decided that we will be reserving the store seats for the entire weekend, Friday through Sunday. I am trying to finalize the cost of the seats so that we can have everyone start reserving their stations next week.
A quick summary of the available seats:
(18) - Empty seats for those who are driving and can bring an entire set-up including TV/monitor, Xbox and cords.
(35) - Partial seats for those who can bring their Xbox but can't bring a TV/monitor with them. These will have the screens ready and you will need your Xbox and headphones for sound.
(50) - Full seats with TV/monitor, Xbox and everything needed.
Obviously if one type is more in demand we can make some adjustments on our end... for example if more people want to bring their full set-up (more than 18) we can convert some of the partial stations to empty stations. |

I have decided on a Partial, specifically, one of the ones with a 32" TV with HDMI.
When can we fill out our reservation form? |

| I'll probably just need a partial as well. I'll most likely bring my Xbox, but if that changes I'll need a full. |

| I could use either a partial or an empty space. I'm definitely bringing my xbox, but I don't know yet whether I'll bring a TV or not. I guess I'll see what others are doing and I'll do whatever makes it easiest. |

I'll need a partial at the most. Will bring my monitor, so can be used if needed, just don't want to be off in the "empty" corner by myself haha.
I'm assuming there is internet access to use for a laptop? I know I'd like to have mine to have guides open and such. |

yeah he mentioned access for laptops and mobile devices.
I'll be going full as my xbox likes to be parked on its milk crate and not moved. |

I am trying my best to be able to go, but my chances are weak at the moment - quite a number of variables to juggle. If it does come together, I will likely go with a partial, although I may be able to bring a display - just not eager to tote it 1000mi.
Revised -- I am going. Will bring my system & display so an empty station it is and we're aiming to seat all (attending) of The Horde together. |

I am going to make the actual seats flexible, as some guys coming with all of their own stuff might want to sit by someone who is using one of our complete set-ups. This will be a bit more work on our end, but it will solve a ton of problems trying to get players near their friends.
So to make thing easier, we will be selling "Set-ups" and then you can pick any seat in the building that you want. If you want seat #54 but are bringing all your own gear, you will pick seat #54 on the registration and just pay for the $25 Full BYOC set-up. |

| On the Achievement Fest site, it says a minimum of 2 power outlets will be available. Does that mean we can bring a power strip so we have more outlets available for say laptops, phones, etc? |

At this point I'm not sure if I'm driving or flying. Driving is about 900 miles for me. If I can pick someone up along the way and share cost of gas I'm more inclined to drive.
I asked this before but no one answered. Is there any plans for wives or girlfriends during the record attempt? What is close by? A zoo, museum, hair salon? something that can keep the womenfolk occupied.
I'm flexible on the type of set up I need, but would prefer the old style white xbox so my hard drive will fit. |

That weekend there is a local small festival downtown. Live bands, food and beer garden. We have tons of shopping, mall and lots of shopping. We are just under an hour drive from everything in Indianapolis, Museum/Zoo/etc. |
