Recently, KEVIN HHH put up a group of games for sale or trade. One of those games was Full Auto. He originally wanted $10 for it. I offered him $5, and we agreed on $8.
Over a month ago, I sent a cashiers check for $8 to the address he provided. On 11/08/10, after inquiring about the status of the shipment, KEVIN HHH sent me the following message over Live: "Dude yeah im sorry man i completely forgot ill get u ur tracking number."
On 11/12/10, after asking about the game again, he sent me a message with a USPS tracking number: 03091140000131932173. I checked the tracking number on the USPS website and received this: "There is no record of this item."
I sent another message letting him know that the number doesn't exist in the system and expressing my disbelief that he would be screwing me over on an $8 deal. That generated the next message from him on 11/13/10: "dude shill man item has been packaged and is being read to be sent u should expect it this coming week."
I have since sent at least 3 more messages to him asking about the shipment. Those messages have been ignored. The tracking number still shows up as non-existent. Today's date is 11/28/10.
Please don't make the same mistake I did by sending your money, or any of your FREE* rental games to KEVIN HHH. He obviously cannot be trusted and has earned total SCUMBAG status in my book. |

| I have had a similar situation with AnthonyB.. he posted back in September that he was selling some games, so I made an offer on UP. He agreed to my price and I sent him the money. I gave it a couple weeks and then asked him about it. He verified my address again saying that it got returned. We did this one more time, another few weeks later. I asked if he got a delivery confirmation for it, which he said yes, but he never provided me with it. After still not receiving the game, I had a mutual friend ask him about it, and since there was supposedly a problem getting the game to my house, he was going to send it to our mutual friend. Well, still nothing, and it has been 2 1/2 months. |

For those curious, I will not be locking or removing this thread as it stands as a good warning. Streak Leader is an attorney, and would not make any accusations without a preponderance of evidence (he is a prosecutor afterall!).
I am sorry that Keven ripped you off, and CK, I am sorry that Anthony ripped you off. At least in the future, you have saved anyone else from being ripped off.

CK I am also sad to hear about your previous situation. I know we have a better community than that. It is a shame these guys have earned this reputation now, but it serves them right. |

It took u 1 month and a half to send me the check and u expect immediate service idk about that one. And game rental is being sent back already as soon i ask for the address. And game is being shipped already tomorrow after 1pm pacific time

I will own up to the fact that it took me a little over 2 weeks to send out the cashiers check (and I have evidence to back that up). I am not sure where you get the "1 month and a half" from. Maybe you were thinking of your own time frame to send the game to me...
To everyone here, KEVIN HHH sent me a voice message over Live last night (approximately 11:33 p.m. EST) asking me for MY ADDRESS. Twenty minutes later, he sent me a photo, again over Live, that shows a package with my name and address on it with a delivery confirmation sticker.
People who know me here know that I will ALWAYS own up to my faults and retract statements that have been made too hastily, or in error. That won't be happening here. To KEVIN HHH: If you're going to accuse ME of being the problem, make sure you've got your facts straight.
To anyone doing business with KEVIN HHH in the future, I think it's safe to say that it's far more preferable to let him buy from you than it is to send him money. There's nothing at all suspicious about someone who won't answer messages over Live, changes their gamertag, and sends out a game that has been paid for only after getting called out for it in a forum post. Nope, nothing suspicious at all...
Maybe, just maybe, I might end up receiving the game after all. If I do, great! I'll get to play Full Auto again. If not, this continues to serve as a warning to the 360V community about one of its less than savory members. |

Also, I feel this further proves for the need of a feedback system of some sort |

360voice is not responsible for anything that occurs regarding sale of items or trading of goods. There will be no official feedback system, ever, period. If some individual, such as yourself, wanted to put together a system, that is a different story of course. |

| Being responsible and having a feedback system is two different things. I can't name one trading website that holds responsibility, just put it so you say 360v is not responsible(disclaimer) and it is all set. |

The site already has a disclaimer, it is not responsible.
The site will not have an official feedback system. No point in arguing for it, as the people in charge have said no.
The option for a non-official feedback has been given the blessing of the 360voice staff. If you want one, figure it out, start it, see who takes part in it.
Push too much for something that won't happen, ever, and you run the risk of the easiest solution: no Buy/Sell/Trade forum at all anymore. |

When the trade/sell section was started one of the grounds that there would be NO feedback system, period. It goes along the lines of buyer beware and to not create a system that could be abused by others. That goes along the lines of most forum buy/sell/trade sections.
Considering I was one of the people that pushed for this section probably the most, that was one of the ways we decided on it being.

360Voice is not a trading website and we will not have an official feedback system. Again, feel free to put one together, but nothing official will EVER be put in place. |

| None of that stuff is necessary. This is just a small problem turning big. I was just lazy to send the game out cause my postal office wait time in like is around 30-50 min because they always have one lady working there and thats why i took long sending i was simply lazy |
