How long dose it take for the bragging rights area to load and come up w/ the badges?

It depends on when jobs on the site run. It is typically updated the same day as the blog itself, but often not until the afternoon.

Occasionally, new badges you get may take a day or two to show up, though, especially if you just joined the site recently.

Bragging rights can take a week, sometimes more, to fully process and show properly. As you joined 5 days ago, I would until next week for them to show.
