| I probably won't book until sometime in May, unless a great deal comes through on Southwest. The flight I have my eye on still arrives in the 2:30 range, so no problem. |

Hmmm...that would drop the tickets to around $180 each way. I don't expect them to go much less than $130-150 by waiting, maybe I'll go for it. Thanks for the info. |

I haven't ruled out driving but since the gas prices are nearing five bucks a gallon, towing the trailer would cost me about $2700 just for gas. I'll probably fly in and rent a car to save money. Would have been a nice way to see some sights but super spendy. If I do decide to drive, I will contact you. Thanks for your help. |

I will be touching down in Indianapolis at 2:43 PM on Friday, July 13th and leaving Sunday at 3:45 PM.

Booked my flight, don't expect much change in price or schedule between now and then.
Land Thursday, 2:20 pm
Depart Monday, 3:05 pm
I figure I'll be hanging out at the airport for the departure for a few hours, no biggie. Ends up being a shorter overall travel time that way and avoids a 3 hour layover in Phoenix.
That should probably put me close to Dren's arrival time, I hope. Tried to plan it that way, and it's the earliest I could get in even with leaving at 6 am. |

Not really sure either. Could be that or that Airtran is now based in Orlando. They could be restructuring or something. Funny thing is that the return flight hasn't changed. |

Also, it would be nice to have a "What's Local and Cool" portion.
It is looking like the wife and child will be venturing with me, as I am just about double booked.

For the group rate you just need to call the Holiday Inn

Just tell them you are booking for Achievement Fest. The group rate should only be $79. The hotel has an indoor pool and is right across the highway from the mall and < 2 minutes from eBash.
I am finalizing the travel page but I had to postpone my meeting with the Visitor's Bureau two weeks ago because of the fire at the store. It was rescheduled for this coming week. We are finalizing the details on having the courtesy shuttle van and hopefully they are going to also help out with some other exciting things. :) |
