B8TINGU held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 164,662 is lighting the way. That is a gain of 20 points over last time! B8TINGU's Weekly Recap - May 13 2013

Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to B8TINGU throwing down with the games. Our gamerscore jumped 387 points which was nice. Getting 19 achievements has that effect.

NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 4 of them to be exact! Angry Birds Classic, Monster Burner, Risen 2, and Sleeping Dogs™. I want more! I want more! Also, by my expert calculations, B8TINGU's favorite game last week was Sleeping Dogs™. He played it on 3 of the days.

B8TINGU decided to game yesterday and we rocked out like the three musketeers, except there were only two of us... 164,642 points of total gamerscore and counting... That is an increase of 130 points over last time! He rocked out to Crysis®3 gaining an amazing 7 achievements, and I think there was some random Live Marketplace browsing, but I wasn't paying attention. I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when B8TINGU hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 164,502. That is an improvement of 10 points over last time! He made some progress on Little Acorns acquiring 1 achievement, Max & the Magic Marker, and then B8TINGU developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. I heard someone tell B8TINGU to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 164,492 points. That is an improvement of 10 points over last time! He made some progress on Monster Burner adding 1 achievement, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.

This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to prevent Frostbite from leaving us in the dust. Call me crazy, but that 74,682 point deficit is totally doable... | permalink | 4 comments

B8TINGU must have heard my calling... I was practically startled when his greasy finger pounded my power button. I mean come on... be a little gentle... I am fragile. Just some helpful advice for someone with a 164,482 gamerscore. That is an improvement of 35 points over last time! He played Sleeping Dogs™ finishing 2 achievements, Risen 2 winning 1 achievement, LOST PLANET COLONIES, and then B8TINGU had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Like I always tell B8TINGU, gaming is like money... the more the better! So fill up my pockets baby! All that matters is that our gamerscore is 164,447 points and on the rise. That is an increase of 55 points over last time! He made some progress on Universe at War gaining 2 achievements, DRIVER San Francisco, and oh... don't tell B8TINGU this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... B8TINGU's Weekly Recap - May 6 2013

Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: Oh man are my cores just rocking... B8TINGU played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! The gamerscore increase was just insane. I didn't think it would be possible to get 605 points in such a short span of time but we did. Who knew 26 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...

I feel a little spoiled getting 3 new games to play in the same week. With titles like DiRT Showdown, Far Cry® 3, and Legends of War: Patton, who can go wrong with that right? Also, I think B8TINGU's favorite game last week was Stormrise. He played it on 3 of the days.

Oh man, B8TINGU was totally in the gaming zone yesterday when he fired me up to play. 164,255 points of total gamerscore doesn't do his skills justice. That is an increase of 85 points over last time! He rallied DiRT Showdown adding 3 achievements, Legends of War: Patton, Far Cry® 3 gaining 1 achievement, Inversion™ winning 1 achievement, TPIR Decades gaining 2 achievements, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. When B8TINGU was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 164,170. That is an improvement of 290 points over last time! That was enough to cross the 164,000 mark! Good stuff! He rocked out to Gears of War: Judgment gaining 2 achievements, Quantum of Solace finishing an amazing 6 achievements, Virtua Tennis 4 winning 4 achievements, and then nothing... nothing at all...

Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, B8TINGU and I only tried one of them: Ice Age Village. Pretty fun I guess... Oh, and from what I remember, B8TINGU's favorite game last week was Stormrise. He played it on 5 of the days.
