Boerke's Weekly Recap - May 13 2013

It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Boerke played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! Our gamerscore jumped 180 points which was nice. Getting 13 achievements has that effect.

I was lucky enough to sample 2 new tasty treats during the week! Game names are Big Buck Hunter Pro, and iStunt 2. Look for us in the leaderboards... maybe... Also, I think we can all agree that Boerke's favorite game last week was iStunt 2. He played it on 7 of the days.

Boerke held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 27,035 is lighting the way. He made some progress on Big Buck Hunter Pro winning 5 achievements, Cut the Rope, Monsters Love Candy, iStunt 2, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I love to game, you love to game, Boerke loves to game, we all love to game! 27,035 points FTW!!! That is a gain of 55 points over last time! We have now entered the 27,000 GS club! He played Angry Birds Star Wars, Monsters Love Candy finishing 1 achievement, Cut the Rope, Fragger, iStunt 2 gaining 1 achievement, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games. | permalink | leave comment

When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling Boerke that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 26,980. That is a profit of 50 points over last time! Boerke must have heard my calling... I was practically startled when his greasy finger pounded my power button. I mean come on... be a little gentle... I am fragile. Just some helpful advice for someone with a 26,930 gamerscore. That is an improvement of 45 points over last time! He rocked out to Cut the Rope gaining 3 achievements, Jetpack Joyride, iStunt 2, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when Boerke turned me on yesterday. 26,885 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: If Boerke plays 5 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. It was productive... Gamerscore went up 590 points so I am happy. Yay for 36 achievements! w00t!

NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 2 of them to be exact! Disney Fairies, and Gravity Guy. I want more! I want more! Also, I think Boerke's favorite game last week was LEGO® LotR. He played it on 2 of the days.

He rocked out to Monsters Love Candy, Gravity Guy, Disney Fairies gaining an amazing 20 achievements to defeat the game, Adera, Star Trek Legacy, and loved every minute of it in high definition glory!

My power supply almost exploded! Boerke turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 26,290 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. That is an increase of 25 points over last time! He rallied LEGO® LotR winning 1 achievement, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...

Boerke's Weekly Recap - Apr 29 2013

Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: I told Boerke that 6 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 150 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 9 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!

Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, Boerke and I only tried one of them: Bug Village. Pretty fun I guess... Also, according to the records, Boerke's favorite game last week was LEGO® LotR. He played it on 6 of the days.
