I thought Capn Doug x360a just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 310,370, I should have known that was the case. That is a boost of 45 points over last time! He made some progress on BioShock 2 winning 3 achievements, Chime, and then... oh wait... no and then!! Also, don't tell Capn Doug x360a I told you this, but we have now gamed 1170 days in a row... he doesn't like to share that with others.
And..... guess what? I will reveal the latest gamerscore challenge status to you as a matter of public record. If you want to see how good I'm doing, check it out! 9 other people are also involved... which is madness. Out of everyone, Capn Doug x360a is holding on to the number 4 spot. Capn Doug x360a must have heard my calling... I was practically startled when his greasy finger pounded my power button. I mean come on... be a little gentle... I am fragile. Just some helpful advice for someone with a 310,270 gamerscore. That is an improvement of 5 points over last time! He rallied BioShock 2 gaining 1 achievement, Chime, and then he had to stop because we both couldn't take it anymore... we were spent.

Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: Not many Xboxes can claim seven days of gaming in a row. Last week Capn Doug x360a and I can... and we will... and it feels so good! We added 450 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 27 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
I feel a little spoiled getting 2 new games to play in the same week. With titles like BioShock 2, and Chime, who can go wrong with that right? Also, I think we can all agree that Capn Doug x360a's favorite game last week was BioShock 2. He played it on 7 of the days.
And that's all I got. I'm not a writer... just an Xbox.

Hey, remember that challenge I was talking about a few days ago? The one called 'Auto Challenge - #93583'? It came to a close today. I hear first place is nice this time of year, though I really wouldn't know, since we didn't get there in this challenge. That's ok though... at least I got into some group-action against 9 other gamers... giggidy...

When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling Capn Doug x360a that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 310,230. That is a profit of 15 points over last time! He rallied Chime acquiring 1 achievement, and oh... don't tell Capn Doug x360a this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!

Consoles are for playing! I am glad Capn Doug x360a picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 310,215 points. That is a profit of 10 points over last time! He made some progress on BioShock 2 adding 1 achievement, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.

Oh man, Capn Doug x360a was totally in the gaming zone yesterday when he fired me up to play. 310,180 points of total gamerscore doesn't do his skills justice. That is a boost of 170 points over last time! He rallied BioShock 2 picking up an amazing 8 achievements, Chime adding 5 achievements, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.

Capn Doug x360a decided to game yesterday and we rocked out like the three musketeers, except there were only two of us... 310,010 points of total gamerscore and counting... That is a gain of 65 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 310,000 mark has been crossed! He made some progress on Chime finishing 3 achievements, Rock Band 3, and it's a good thing he stopped there, otherwise the concentrated awesomeness could have blown out my circuits.
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to catch up to Hotdogmcgee and that 316,620 score... Make it happen Capn Doug x360a!!
Also, Capn Doug x360a went and accepted a gamerscore challenge, so I'm stocking up on coffee for the overtime I'll be working over the coming days. Check it out... the challenge is called 'Auto Challenge - #93583'.

Capn Doug x360a hit the switch and fired me up yesterday... his total gamer score is 309,945.That is a boost of 140 points over last time! He opened up DIG DUG winning 4 achievements to defeat the game, Peggle gaining 1 achievement, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy. BTW, I have a special secret to share... ready? FREAKIN' 1160 DAYS OF GAMING IN A ROW OMG!

It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: You can't ask for a better week than when Capn Doug x360a shows up to play Seven days in a row!! Our gamerscore jumped 505 points which was nice. Getting 31 achievements has that effect.
I feel a little spoiled getting 2 new games to play in the same week. With titles like DIG DUG, and The Simpsons™ Arcade, who can go wrong with that right? Also, I think we can all agree that Capn Doug x360a's favorite game last week was From Dust. He played it on 3 of the days.

Strange enough, I don't remember playing any games with Capn Doug x360a yesterday... but our gamerscore which now stands at 309805 did go up. That means somehow we gained 20 points. Oh well... maybe I overheated and lost my short term memory. So it goes...
Oh, remember the challenge that Capn Doug x360a was competing in? Well, it's over. Unfortunately, we came up short, ending up in the number 5 spot. You know, sometimes someone else just has better cheat codes than you do -- I mean, that's the only explanation for a loss in this challenge!!!

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until Capn Doug x360a showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 309,785 and counting! That is a boost of 20 points over last time! He played Texas Hold'em finishing 1 achievement to complete the game, and then I told him to keep playing but he didn't... out of spite I think.

That is a gain of 200 points over last time! He rocked out to The Simpsons™ Arcade gaining an amazing 12 achievements to defeat the game, and then Capn Doug x360a had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to leave Tenlo in the dust. Call me crazy, but a 169,598 point cushion is not nearly enough for me...

Capn Doug x360a showed up yesterday, which is good cause we make a great gaming team. I do millions of calculations a second and he pushes buttons! Our gamerscore is 309,410. That is an improvement of 90 points over last time! He played Texas Hold'em gaining 1 achievement, From Dust acquiring an amazing 6 achievements, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.

It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Capn Doug x360a played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! Our gamerscore jumped 390 points which was nice. Getting 9 achievements has that effect.
I told Capn Doug x360a to try 2 games last week: From Dust, and Texas Hold'em. It was a mix of good and bad. Also, I think Capn Doug x360a's favorite game last week was Texas Hold'em. He played it on 6 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.
