Darc Jak had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 250,967 points. That is a profit of 30 points over last time! He made some progress on Sniper Elite V2 finishing 3 achievements, Battlefield 3, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?
When you get right down to it, when Darc Jak decides to play - it's a good day all around. Our score is 250,937 and always improving! That is a profit of 205 points over last time! He opened up Borderlands 2, Dead Island Riptide acquiring 1 achievement, Darksiders II picking up 1 achievement, Poker Night 2 finishing an amazing 7 achievements, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?
Darc Jak brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 250,732 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He rocked out to Darksiders II, Borderlands 2, and then... oh wait... no and then!! BTW, that makes 20 days in a row! I think we can all agree that high-fives are in order. Time for a badge I think!
Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when Darc Jak turned me on yesterday. 250,732 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! That is a gain of 105 points over last time! He played Fable: The Journey finishing 2 achievements, Kinect Sports picking up 1 achievement, The Gunstringer gaining 4 achievements, Darksiders II, and it's a good thing he stopped there, otherwise the concentrated awesomeness could have blown out my circuits.
Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: It is a good one! Darc Jak had seven days of gaming! In a row! I know! Crazy! We really made it happen on the gamerscore front. An increase of 670 points makes for a nice bounty. Those 25 achievements were worth it I guess!
For the record, we only played one new game this last week. It was DiRT Showdown. I was hoping for a few more, but I guess not everyone is made out of money! Also, I think Darc Jak's favorite game last week was Darksiders II. He played it on 6 of the days.

In other news, Darc Jak's gamer reputation actually increased a little bit! Someone must have liked playing with him.

We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 250,012. That is a profit of 25 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 250,000 mark has been crossed! He opened up Darksiders II, Dead Island winning 1 achievement, and after we were done, Darc Jak hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...

This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: If your Xbox is depressed, try playing seven days in a row like Darc Jak did last week. It has a way of making you a bit giddy... We added 335 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 18 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
