Dog of Thunder held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 129,022 is lighting the way. That is a boost of 10 points over last time! He rallied Metal Gear Solid HD, Doritos Crash Course 2 gaining 1 achievement, and then he tried to watch TV, but I killed the power... If I can't have him, no one can.
Oh, guess what? Our gamerscore challenge is going strong... Let me link you to the daily updates and trash talking. There are 9 other people involved. I didn't know Dog of Thunder even knew that many people. Out of everyone, Dog of Thunder is holding on to the number 7 spot. We've only got one day left. When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling Dog of Thunder that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 129,012. That is an improvement of 65 points over last time! We have now entered the 129,000 GS club! He rocked out to Borderlands finishing 4 achievements, and Dog of Thunder won't admit this, but I had to force him to stop.
I always like to end with a little bit about Dog of Thunder and the ongoing gamerscore challenge status. If someone had looked yesterday, when it was dark, they would've seen my lonely self sitting, waiting for Dog of Thunder. I even blinked the controller lights a couple times, just to see if I could catch their eye - no luck.

Dog of Thunder's Weekly Recap - May 13 2013
Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: 2 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to Dog of Thunder for honoring me with what little time I know is available. We added 175 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 12 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
For the record, we only played one new game this last week. It was Doritos Crash Course 2. I was hoping for a few more, but I guess not everyone is made out of money! Also, by my expert calculations, Dog of Thunder's favorite game last week was Doritos Crash Course 2. He played it on 2 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.

Dog of Thunder, there are 86,400 seconds in a day and you couldn't find a few to spend with me? Lame.
Also, remember the challenge that Dog of Thunder was participating in? It has wrapped up. Dog of Thunder didn't manage to get enough points to win... we had to settle for a comfortable spot at number 3. So yeah... maybe we can get them next time... maybe we need to try a challenge with easier people... the 9 gamers in this last challenge were too good.

You would think I had died and gone to heaven when Dog of Thunder showed up to play. Gamer score stands at 128,947. That is a boost of 135 points over last time! He rallied Doritos Crash Course 2 gaining an amazing 7 achievements, Borderlands gaining 1 achievement, and that was that.

I saw Dog of Thunder walk by yesterday morning... I was hoping he would come play and he did. 128,812 points and climbing. That is an increase of 40 points over last time! He made some progress on Doritos Crash Course 2 acquiring 4 achievements, and then Dog of Thunder developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...

Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to Dog of Thunder throwing down with the games. We added 300 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 19 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
I was feeling bored last week and convinced Dog of Thunder to try a new game: Star Trek. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Also, I think Dog of Thunder's favorite game last week was FINAL FANTASY XIII. He played it on 3 of the days.
And that's all I got. I'm not a writer... just an Xbox.

I heard someone tell Dog of Thunder to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 128,772 points. That is an increase of 110 points over last time! He made some progress on Halo 4, Borderlands adding 5 achievements, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.
Oh also, It's all over man! ALL OVER! The gamerscore challenge called 'Auto Challenge - #93217' is through after an intense 5 days. Dog of Thunder didn't manage to get the win... but I guess number 6 is better than number LAST!!... wait... maybe we are last? How many people are in this thing? Can I count? But, there is always next time I guess... A special thanks to the other 9 people in the competion. Good times.

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when Dog of Thunder turned me on yesterday. 128,662 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! He opened up Star Trek, and then... oh wait... no and then!!

I thought Dog of Thunder just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 128,662, I should have known that was the case. That is a profit of 40 points over last time! He rallied Retro City Rampage, Dead Space™ acquiring 3 achievements, FINAL FANTASY XIII, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.
I also want to mention/remind you that Dog of Thunder is participating in a pretty slamming gamerscore challenge. Follow every up and down over here. We played games yesterday... No really... I have proof! Dog of Thunder might have told you otherwise, but we really did. 128,577 points of total gamerscore means we are teh awes0me! That is a boost of 30 points over last time! He rocked out to Dead Space™ picking up 3 achievements, GTA IV PC, AoE Online, and without even blinking! Ok, maybe he blinked once...
Also, Dog of Thunder went and accepted a gamerscore challenge, so I'm stocking up on coffee for the overtime I'll be working over the coming days. Check it out... the challenge is called 'Auto Challenge - #93217'.

Dog of Thunder decided to ride the gamer-train yesterday. I will admit it... I was happy. What is the gamer score? 128,547 is what it is! That is an improvement of 75 points over last time! He rocked out to Dust: An Elysian Tail, Dead Space™ picking up 5 achievements, and oh... don't tell Dog of Thunder this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA! Oh wow, I also didn't realize that we have played 40 days in a row!

Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Dog of Thunder played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! We added 180 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 16 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that... Also, I think Dog of Thunder's favorite game last week was GTA IV PC. He played it on 6 of the days.

Dog of Thunder had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 128,472 points. He made some progress on GTA IV PC, and think of all the things we learned! Ha... look at me still typing this blog entry when there is gaming to do! Let's keep it up Dog of Thunder!

We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time!
