Illum1na decided to game yesterday and we rocked out like the three musketeers, except there were only two of us... 252,655 points of total gamerscore and counting... He rallied Monster Island, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.
Oh I almost forgot to mention that Illum1na has joined a gamerscore challenge titled 'Auto Challenge - #94588'. Go check it out and follow along.
If Illum1na was a true gamer, he would have played yesterday, but he decided to do something else instead. he better not have another console...
Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: I told Illum1na that 3 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 320 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 33 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
I was also pretty happy about the 2 new games this last week. They were (in no particular order) Fragger, and Shark Dash. I liked them. I think Illum1na did too. Also, according to the records, Illum1na's favorite game last week was Monster Island. He played it on 3 of the days.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.
Consoles are for playing! I am glad Illum1na picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 252,655 points. That is an increase of 60 points over last time! He played Fragger winning an amazing 9 achievements, Monster Island, and then he tried to watch TV, but I killed the power... If I can't have him, no one can.
Illum1na also wrapped up a gamerscore challenge today. Remember? Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 4. So, no sense crying over this one... climb back on the horse Illum1na... giddy-up...
I thought Illum1na just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 252,595, I should have known that was the case. That is an increase of 215 points over last time! He played Monsters Love Candy, Gears of War: Judgment, Monster Island gaining 1 achievement to finish the game, Shark Dash acquiring an amazing 20 achievements to conquer the game, and... hmmm... I forget what else we did...

I heard someone tell Illum1na to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 252,380 points. That is a gain of 45 points over last time! He rocked out to Jetpack Joyride picking up 3 achievements to master the game, Monster Island, and then I told him to keep playing but he didn't... out of spite I think.
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: If your Xbox is depressed, try playing seven days in a row like Illum1na did last week. It has a way of making you a bit giddy... We added 470 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 42 achievements were worth it I guess!
NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 2 of them to be exact! Jetpack Joyride, and Metro: Last Light. I want more! I want more! Oh, and from what I remember, Illum1na's favorite game last week was Jetpack Joyride. He played it on 6 of the days.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.
Illum1na likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 252,335 to be as cool as him. That is an improvement of 95 points over last time! He rallied Metro: Last Light picking up an amazing 7 achievements, Gears of War: Judgment, and then Illum1na had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to pull away from chegui210 and that 34,740 score... Make it happen Illum1na!!
Oh, remember the challenge that Illum1na was competing in? Well, it's over. We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time! You know, sometimes someone else just has better cheat codes than you do -- I mean, that's the only explanation for a loss in this challenge!!!

Another week, another recap... and you love me for it: You can't ask for a better week than when Illum1na shows up to play Seven days in a row!! Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 892 points we could make some bank. Yay for 45 achievements! w00t!
For the record, we only played one new game this last week. It was Monster Island. I was hoping for a few more, but I guess not everyone is made out of money! Also, I think we can all agree that Illum1na's favorite game last week was Ice Age Village. He played it on 6 of the days.
