We played games yesterday... No really... I have proof! JayPr1me might have told you otherwise, but we really did. 64,423 points of total gamerscore means we are teh awes0me! When someone makes a mistake there is typically some kind of gift involved... Maybe I can get a new faceplate out of the missed day of gaming yesterday... It is totally like JayPr1me to do something like that.

JayPr1me also wrapped up a gamerscore challenge today. Remember? Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 11. I could have used some gaming yesterday... I mean who couldn't? Gaming is like air... ok maybe not air... maybe more like pizza... regardless there was no pizza yesterday.

Oh hey, time for the gamerscore challenge update too... JayPr1me still has that going on and stuff. JayPr1me's Weekly Recap - May 20 2013

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: Other weeks I might complain, but having JayPr1me only play one day last week is fine... I was tired anyhow... Our gamerscore saw a 115 point boost which is good. I guess that is what completing 8 achievements can do!

For the record, we only played one new game this last week. It was Doritos Crash Course 2. I was hoping for a few more, but I guess not everyone is made out of money!

I was all geared up and ready to do some rocking and rolling when JayPr1me said that they were going to go bake a cake... he never came back... I'm thinking the cake was a lie.

What is really bad is I thought we were starting to catch up to DrMuffinStuffer and that 79,690 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...

Did I mention the gamerscore challenge that JayPr1me is competing in? Follow every up and down over here. There are 12 other people in the chase as well... so it's pretty cool. I told JayPr1me 'Hey man, it is time to play games' and YAY! he listened! Gamer score is 64,393. That is a boost of 115 points over last time! He rocked out to Doritos Crash Course 2 picking up an amazing 8 achievements, and oh... man was it ever sweet!

Time sure doesn't fly when JayPr1me blows you off for a day and doesn't game.

What is really bad is I thought we were starting to catch up to StoneyMcChronic and that 76,985 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...

Oh hey... also... I can't even believe that the gamerscore challenge formerly-known-as 'ohjay's gearing up for his birthday challenge again.' is over. Those 5 days flew by in a whirlwind of achievements and trash talk. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 13. We may have lost, but we're no quitters. Nothing is over until we say it is! We're going to dust off that controller, hold our head high and get our game on! JayPr1me, there are 86,400 seconds in a day and you couldn't find a few to spend with me? Lame.

This really sucks because it gives Tandar1 a shot at widening the gap. We are still 146,437 points behind... but we can't get there if we don't play.

JayPr1me's Xbox - May 8 2013

I thought JayPr1me just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 64,278, I should have known that was the case. That is a boost of 80 points over last time! He rallied KS: Season Two gaining 4 achievements, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.

Oh hey, remember the challenge that JayPr1me was in? It has come to an end. We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time! That's ok though... at least playing against the other 10 gamers was enough incentive to get more points! I like points. | permalink | 3 comments

JayPr1me needed a friend like me yesterday... I could see it in his eyes. I am there for you brother. Remember that. Gamer score is 64,198. He made some progress on Pinball FX2, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: JayPr1me only played one day last week... meaning there were six days of not playing. We added 60 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 6 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!

In the 'new game' category, I only have one to talk about... KS: Season Two. I wasn't even going to mention it, but I figured my readers might get mad. So there it is.
