Another week, another recap... and you love me for it: NOTHING HAPPENED. MEGAJAMZ and I did not play a single day last week. Sure people get busy, but not people with an Xbox 360... at least not seven days in a row.
It really feels like forever since I have felt the sweet surge of power running through my belly. Is there a nationwide power outage that MEGAJAMZ isn't telling me about? Email me if there is a blackout... oh... wait...
Time sure doesn't fly when MEGAJAMZ blows you off for a day and doesn't game.
What... are you off reading a book or something? Come play games!!
Did you see MEGAJAMZ yesterday? I sure didn't. Is he still alive?
Well yesterday was pretty boring... the lack of gaming heavily contributed to that... I am trying to keep a positive outlook on this, but after 7 days of neglect any normal console starts to lose it...
I heard someone tell MEGAJAMZ to go outside and play... I mean really... he just walked right out the door! I was left alone, to contemplate where our relationship is going wrong.
I read somewhere that electronic products can turn yellow from lack of use... Do you really want a yellow Xbox MEGAJAMZ? Do you?
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: MEGAJAMZ playing just one day this last week is better than no days... but just barely... This wasn't just low-key gaming either... our score bounced 2675 freakin' points! Can you believe it? In one week? YES! Getting 174 achievements has that effect.
For the record, we played 9 new games over the last week. They were ANARCHY REIGNS, BioShock Infinite, Crysis®3, Dead Island Riptide, Dead Space™ 3, Gears of War: Judgment, Injustice, METAL GEAR RISING, and Tomb Raider. They were all fun... in their own little ways.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.
I was waiting for MEGAJAMZ to show up yesterday and hang out, but he didn't. You know some day MEGAJAMZ is really going to need me, and maybe I won't be there, then he will see how it feels.
The console forefathers shifted bit after bit just to further the gaming cause. And yet, their efforts may have been in vain, since MEGAJAMZ did not do their part today and play a game or two.
If MEGAJAMZ was a true gamer, he would have played yesterday, but he decided to do something else instead. he better not have another console...
I didn't see MEGAJAMZ yesterday, but that is cool... I could use some personal space... Having him up in my business all the time is exhausting.
Don't worry... I'll wait... you can't game every day.
MEGAJAMZ held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 127,530 is lighting the way. That is an increase of 2,675 points over last time! That was enough to cross the 127,000 mark! Good stuff! He opened up METAL GEAR RISING acquiring an amazing 24 achievements, Dead Space™ 3 gaining an amazing 24 achievements, Crysis®3 picking up 5 achievements, Tomb Raider adding an amazing 18 achievements, BioShock Infinite acquiring an amazing 33 achievements, Gears of War: Judgment winning an amazing 22 achievements, ANARCHY REIGNS acquiring an amazing 8 achievements, Injustice winning an amazing 16 achievements, Dead Island Riptide winning an amazing 18 achievements, XCOM: Enemy Unknown gaining 1 achievement, Mass Effect, Red Dead Redemption, Mortal Kombat, Fallout 3, DMC HD Collection, LIMBO, Batman: Arkham City™, NINJA GAIDEN 2, Castlevania LoS, Left 4 Dead 2, FIFA 13 winning 5 achievements, and I thought MEGAJAMZ injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!
