Yesterday was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction with MrGompers. Data indicates that gamerscore stands at an always improving 163,355. That is an improvement of 10 points over last time! He played Wordament gaining 1 achievement, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck? In the now-you-know department, I really thought that gaming 240 days in a row would hurt... but it actually felt good... it felt warm... like butter straight out of the microwave.

I thought MrGompers just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 163,345, I should have known that was the case. That is a gain of 90 points over last time! He made some progress on HEAVY FIRE finishing 4 achievements, and then I told him to keep playing but he didn't... out of spite I think.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until MrGompers showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 163,255 and counting! That is a boost of 105 points over last time! He played HEAVY FIRE picking up 4 achievements, as well as checked out what was new in the live marketplace.
Oh, remember the challenge that MrGompers was competing in? Well, it's over. We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time! You know, sometimes someone else just has better cheat codes than you do -- I mean, that's the only explanation for a loss in this challenge!!!

MrGompers held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 163,150 is lighting the way. He opened up Connect 4, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.
Oh BTW, did you know that MrGompers is competing in a gamerscore challenge? There's so much action in this one, you may pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge!!111! Witness the spectacle. 12 other people are throwing down in this challenge. If I do the math correctly, it means that 12 players X 5 days means a whole lot of trash talk! Currently MrGompers is holding the number 2 spot in the group... decent. With only one day left though, we need to make that last big push!

It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: It is a good one! MrGompers had seven days of gaming! In a row! I know! Crazy! The gamerscore increase was just insane. I didn't think it would be possible to get 1075 points in such a short span of time but we did. Who knew 59 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
I feel a little spoiled getting 2 new games to play in the same week. With titles like Sudoku, and Toy Story Mania!, who can go wrong with that right? Also, according to the records, MrGompers' favorite game last week was Connect 4. He played it on 3 of the days.

We played games yesterday... No really... I have proof! MrGompers might have told you otherwise, but we really did. 163,150 points of total gamerscore means we are teh awes0me! He rallied World of Goo, Full House Poker, Gerbil Physics, and after we were done, MrGompers hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to pull away from ohjay08 and that 162,963 score... Make it happen MrGompers!!

MrGompers is making me proud and his opponents jealous... even if they are bots or mindless AI sometimes! Check out the 163,150 gamer score! That is an increase of 1,000 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 163,000 barrier has fallen! He opened up Toy Story Mania! gaining an amazing 49 achievements to finish the game, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.
And..... guess what? I will reveal the latest gamerscore challenge status to you as a matter of public record. If you are curious, follow along over here. 12 other people are also involved... which is madness. The only thing that matters is MrGompers is beating them all! Number one so far! But, there are still 3 long days left! We need to keep this lead!

He rallied Connect 4, Red Dead Redemption acquiring 1 achievement, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.

MrGompers was looking kind of weepy... luckily I was here to 'console' him... heh heh get it? Our gamerscore is fan-frickin-tastic 162,140 . That is a boost of 15 points over last time! He played Connect 4 picking up 1 achievement to finish the game, Bejeweled LIVE, and then it felt like he threw my controller and I was like, TAKE IT EASY SHEESH and we stopped.
Oh I almost forgot to mention that MrGompers has joined a gamerscore challenge titled 'ohjays getting a new game this weekend'. Go check it out and follow along.

I heard someone tell MrGompers to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 162,125 points. That is a boost of 10 points over last time! He rallied Sudoku gaining 1 achievement to defeat the game, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

Like a king on his throne, MrGompers said 'awaken' and for him I did comply. 162,115 points represents the size of our growing kingdom. Ok, enough of this Monarchy stuff. That is an improvement of 40 points over last time! He opened up Sudoku adding an amazing 7 achievements, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.
What is really good is that every day played is another chance to catch up to FragEmAndSmile and that 205,895 score... Make it happen MrGompers!!
Oh also, It's all over man! ALL OVER! The gamerscore challenge called 'ohjay's gearing up for his birthday challenge again.' is through after an intense 5 days. We scraped and clawed our way through a bunch of achievements, but fell shy of the lead, landing at number 12. Lucky for us, we can jump right into another challenge and compete for a bigger win. Plus, it just means more time spent on our favorite games and a bigger gamerscore! I guess we won something after all!

Another week, another recap... and you love me for it: MrGompers played 6 days last week... pretty solid I guess... I'm not feeling that picky lately. We added 10 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. That is what happens when you get 1 achievement. Also, by my expert calculations, MrGompers' favorite game last week was Connect 4. He played it on 6 of the days.

My power supply almost exploded! MrGompers turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 162,075 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. He made some progress on Connect 4, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

MrGompers was absent yesterday... I was smelling something that reminded me of sweat... he better not be playing with a Nintendo Wii... burning calories while playing games is just wrong. Normally I wouldn't be so shocked, but after 227 days of gaming... Wow. Either some of those so called responsibilities got in the way or the apocalypse is beginning.

He played Connect 4, and oh... don't tell MrGompers this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!

It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: If MrGompers plays 6 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 245 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 18 achievements were worth it I guess!
I was feeling bored last week and pestered MrGompers to try a new game: Connect 4. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Also, I think MrGompers' favorite game last week was Wordament. He played it on 6 of the days.
I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough.

He rallied Connect 4, Halo 4 gaining 1 achievement, Wordament gaining 2 achievements, and then MrGompers had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.

That is a profit of 40 points over last time! That was enough to cross the 162,000 mark! Good stuff! He rocked out to Connect 4 adding 2 achievements, and then MrGompers developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to prevent Badson42 from leaving us in the dust. Call me crazy, but that 42,971 point deficit is totally doable...
