You would think I had died and gone to heaven when Obb Shank showed up to play. Gamer score stands at 160,569. That is a profit of 1,165 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 160,000 mark has been crossed! He rallied Brink gaining an amazing 16 achievements, Darkest Of Days picking up an amazing 8 achievements to finish the game, Microsoft Taptiles, and Obb Shank won't admit this, but I had to force him to stop.
Oh, guess what? Our gamerscore challenge is going strong... Check out the progress right now! There are 33 other people rocking out on this thing which keeps it fun. My power supply almost exploded! Obb Shank turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 159,404 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. That is a profit of 305 points over last time! He made some progress on Mayhem 3D, Minecraft winning 4 achievements to finish the game, Darkest Of Days, Brink adding an amazing 7 achievements, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.
I always like to end with a little bit about Obb Shank and the ongoing gamerscore challenge status. Let me link you to the daily updates and trash talking. 33 other people are throwing down in this challenge. If I do the math correctly, it means that 33 players X 7 days means a whole lot of trash talk! Obb Shank has the number 16 spot... But, there are still 4 long days left! I didn't think I would see him yesterday, but Obb Shank was back and ready for action. Total gamer score is 159,099 points. That is a gain of 435 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 159,000 barrier has fallen! He opened up Darkest Of Days winning 4 achievements, GRAW 2, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Obb Shank played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 1400 points we could make some bank. Yay for 86 achievements! w00t!
If I had a DOLLAR for every new game I played during the week, I would have 3 bucks! w00t! I can now add Brink, Darkest Of Days, and Iron Brigade to my collection... unless they were rentals or demos or betas. I couldn't tell. Also, according to the records, Obb Shank's favorite game last week was Metro 2033. He played it on 6 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until Obb Shank showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 158,599 and counting! That is a profit of 90 points over last time! He opened up Metro 2033 picking up 3 achievements to finish the game, Iron Brigade finishing 2 achievements, and then he almost hugged me, but I was like back off dude.
Oh, I don't know if Obb Shank wants me to mention that he has joined a gamerscore challenge! It is called 'AHP Victoria Day Challenge'. Go check it.

Obb Shank decided to game yesterday and we rocked out like the three musketeers, except there were only two of us... 158,509 points of total gamerscore and counting... That is an increase of 50 points over last time! He rallied Minecraft, Metro 2033 acquiring 2 achievements, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

Obb Shank really threw down yesterday. It was good to see! I wish you could have been there! Last time I checked, his gamer score is 158,459. That is an improvement of 60 points over last time! He made some progress on Trenched winning an amazing 23 achievements to master the game, Metro 2033 adding 2 achievements, and did it while drooling over my awesome graphics and sound.

Yesterday was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction with Obb Shank. Data indicates that gamerscore stands at an always improving 158,399. That is a gain of 100 points over last time! He played Metro 2033 picking up 5 achievements, and then he tried to watch TV, but I killed the power... If I can't have him, no one can.

Consoles are for playing! I am glad Obb Shank picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 158,299 points. That is an increase of 860 points over last time! Welcome to 158,000!! He rocked out to Minecraft acquiring an amazing 11 achievements, Metro 2033 gaining an amazing 26 achievements, and then Obb Shank had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water. For those of you counting, Obb Shank and I have played 50 days in a row... that has to be some kind of record. If I understand the rules, I think we are getting a streak badge...

He opened up Minecraft, Far Cry® 3 gaining 2 achievements, Metro 2033 gaining 5 achievements, and I thought Obb Shank injured himself in the process... but I was wrong... he lives to fight another day!

It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to Obb Shank throwing down with the games. Ready for this? Last week saw an increase of 2290 points! My eye almost bleeds looking at a number that large! Getting 84 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
I was lucky enough to sample 4 new tasty treats during the week! Game names are Far Cry® 3, Kinect Nat Geo TV, Metro 2033, and Midway Arcade Origins. Look for us in the leaderboards... maybe... Also, according to the records, Obb Shank's favorite game last week was Batman: Arkham Asylum. He played it on 7 of the days.

I heard someone tell Obb Shank to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 157,174 points. That is an increase of 85 points over last time! He rocked out to Metro 2033 picking up 3 achievements, Far Cry® 3 finishing 2 achievements, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.

Obb Shank showed up yesterday, which is good cause we make a great gaming team. I do millions of calculations a second and he pushes buttons! Our gamerscore is 155,669. That is an increase of 180 points over last time! He rallied Batman: Arkham Asylum finishing an amazing 7 achievements, Batman: AA GOTY picking up an amazing 6 achievements, and oh... don't tell Obb Shank this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!

I told Obb Shank 'Don't make me hurt you!' and the threat worked because he decided to show up yesterday. A gamer score of 155,489 is in our back pocket. That is a boost of 515 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 155,000 barrier has fallen! He made some progress on Borderlands 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum winning an amazing 21 achievements, as well as checked out what was new in the live marketplace.
Oh hey... also... I can't even believe that the gamerscore challenge formerly-known-as 'Ahp MayDay' is over. Those 5 days flew by in a whirlwind of achievements and trash talk. Obb Shank didn't manage to get the win... but I guess number 12 is better than number LAST!!... wait... maybe we are last? How many people are in this thing? Can I count? Someone once said, 'Winning isn't everything.' Although, losing isn't anything. Obb Shank, I want you to think about this while you go sign us up for another challenge.

HOT! This wasn't just low-key gaming either... our score bounced 925 freakin' points! Can you believe it? In one week? YES! Getting 44 achievements has that effect. He rallied Batman: Arkham Asylum adding an amazing 12 achievements, and oh... don't tell Obb Shank this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps him coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!
