When someone makes a mistake there is typically some kind of gift involved... Maybe I can get a new faceplate out of the missed day of gaming yesterday... It is totally like PurplePogoPunk to do something like that.
Yesterday was one of those times PurplePogoPunk mistook the TV remote for the controller. I mean, come on! They don't even look REMOTELY alike! HA! Ok sorry...
I could have used some gaming yesterday... I mean who couldn't? Gaming is like air... ok maybe not air... maybe more like pizza... regardless there was no pizza yesterday.
PurplePogoPunk had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 82,870 points. She rallied Borderlands 2, and before I even realized it, she was finished and I was sad.
While PurplePogoPunk was away yesterday, I was sitting here alone counting up all the achievement points she was missing out on! If you don't play me, you can't increase your score. Remember that!
Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: Not many Xboxes can claim seven days of gaming in a row. Last week PurplePogoPunk and I can... and we will... and it feels so good! We came close to a few gamerscore opportunities, but nothing really panned out. Oh, and from what I remember, PurplePogoPunk's favorite game last week was Borderlands 2. She played it on 7 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.
PurplePogoPunk is awesome! Just plain radical even... I say that because we played some games. Did you know our gamerscore is 82,870? She rocked out to Borderlands 2, and I think there was some random Live Marketplace browsing, but I wasn't paying attention.
Consoles are for playing! I am glad PurplePogoPunk picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 82,870 points. She rallied Borderlands 2, and oh... don't tell PurplePogoPunk this, but I have been dumbing down the AI lately... I am hoping it keeps her coming back for more! MUHAHAHA!

I thought PurplePogoPunk just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out she was there to game. With a gamer score of 82,870, I should have known that was the case. She opened up Borderlands 2, and I thought PurplePogoPunk injured herself in the process... but I was wrong... she lives to fight another day!
It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: 3 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to PurplePogoPunk for honoring me with what little time I know is available. We added 25 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 2 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it! Oh, and PurplePogoPunk must have been in a role playing mood last week since The Witcher 2 was the favorite game. She played it on 3 of the days.
And that is all I got... it's not much, but it is interesting.

Good thing I have access to PurplePogoPunk's entire MP3 collection streamed off her computer. It keeps me busy on days like yesterday when she never shows up to game.

Like a queen on her throne, PurplePogoPunk said 'awaken' and for her I did comply. 82,870 points represents the size of our growing kingdom. Ok, enough of this Monarchy stuff. That is a boost of 25 points over last time! She played The Witcher 2 gaining 2 achievements, and then I told her to keep playing but she didn't... out of spite I think.
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: If you are an Xbox, you might be jealous that PurplePogoPunk showed up to game 2 days this last week. Happy happy joy joy! We added 250 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 10 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it! Also, I think we can all agree that PurplePogoPunk was an RPG junkie last week playing a ton of The Witcher 2. She played it on 2 of the days.

Yesterday was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction with PurplePogoPunk. Data indicates that gamerscore stands at an always improving 82,845. That is an improvement of 250 points over last time! She rallied The Witcher 2 finishing an amazing 10 achievements, and oh... girl was it ever sweet!
