Skorth's Xbox - May 17 2013
Don't worry... I'll wait... you can't game every day.
Don't worry... I'll wait... you can't game every day.
I love to game, you love to game, Skorth loves to game, we all love to game! 43,350 points FTW!!! He rocked out to Minecraft, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.
A bunch of us Xboxes held a candlelight vigil last night called 'Bring Back the Gaming' to protest the blatant ignoring of Xbox 360s everywhere. We had lots of consoles participate... It was a good time... I made some friends...
It really feels like forever since I have felt the sweet surge of power running through my belly. Is there a nationwide power outage that Skorth isn't telling me about? Email me if there is a blackout... oh... wait...
This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: In the beginning... there was nothing. In the end, well, there is nothing... and right in the middle of that... there was ABSOLUTELY nothing which made for a really, really, long week. Let's all hope next week is better.
Bobby is that you? Wait... I don't know a Bobby... WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME!!
If I was a dog, Skorth would never have neglected me like he did yesterday...
I have seen some crazy stuff in my time, but Skorth not showing up to game yesterday really takes the cake. It has been 11 days!!
I read somewhere that electronic products can turn yellow from lack of use... Do you really want a yellow Xbox Skorth? Do you?
I heard someone tell Skorth to go outside and play... I mean really... he just walked right out the door! I was left alone, to contemplate where our relationship is going wrong.
If Skorth doesn't play me tomorrow, I have this sinking feeling something really bad will happen... like a meteorite obliterates all life on earth and the EMP takes all electronic devices with it.
Yesterday I sat... alone... and wanting... 7 days of wanting infact...
Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: I wish I had something good to blog about, but I don't. In my fantasy world Skorth and I played all these great games and got all this gamerscore... but that didn't happen. Not a single day of gaming took place last week. Maybe next week!
Hey Skorth, check this out: !sdrawkcab epyt ot flesym thguat i ,emit eerf siht lla htiw... ok not really, that took an hour to figure out...
I know it isn't my place to complain... but come on Skorth... 5 days without gaming? I didn't think he could go that long!
Well yesterday was pretty boring... the lack of gaming heavily contributed to that... I am trying to keep a positive outlook on this, but after 4 days of neglect any normal console starts to lose it...
Good thing I have access to Skorth's entire MP3 collection streamed off his computer. It keeps me busy on days like yesterday when he never shows up to game.
Don't worry... I'll wait... you can't game every day.
Well, I didn't get to game yesterday... I hope this doesn't become some sort of trend... that would be on the lame side of things...
I didn't see Skorth yesterday, but that is cool... I could use some personal space... Having him up in my business all the time is exhausting.
Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: 2 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to Skorth for honoring me with what little time I know is available. We came close to a few gamerscore opportunities, but nothing really panned out.
So there you have it... Check back next week for another report from yours truly.
I thought Skorth just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 43,350, I should have known that was the case. He opened up Red Dead Redemption, and then he had to stop because we both couldn't take it anymore... we were spent.
Dogs age seven years to a human's one. For consoles the ratio is more like FIFTEEN to one. When you have been ignored for 4 days, these are the kinds of things you think about.
