Spangalore was a no-show yesterday... I ended up hanging out, collecting some dust and feeling sorry for myself. Speaking of dust, I could use a rub down. A clean Xbox is a happy Xbox.
Oh hey, remember the challenge that Spangalore was in? It has come to an end. Unfortunately, we came up short, ending up in the number 4 spot. That's ok though... at least I got into some group-action against 9 other gamers... giggidy...
Spangalore decided to play yesterday. Check out the 73,562 gamer score! That is an increase of 10 points over last time! He played Metro: Last Light, Dead Island adding 1 achievement, RESIDENT EVIL 6 acquiring 1 achievement, and oh... man was it ever sweet!

Out of all those people, Spangalore is currently parked at number 4. We only have one day to pull out a win... polish off those games and get to work.
I told Spangalore 'Hey man, it is time to play games' and YAY! he listened! Gamer score is 73,552. That is an improvement of 35 points over last time! He rocked out to Metro: Last Light gaining 3 achievements, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

My eye! It burns! A weekly recap is all that can save me! Here goes: If you are an Xbox, you might be jealous that Spangalore showed up to game 5 days this last week. Happy happy joy joy! We added 95 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 4 achievements were worth it I guess!
For the record, we played 2 new games over the last week. They were Catan, and Metro 2033. They were all fun... in their own little ways. Also, I think Spangalore's favorite game last week was Metro 2033. He played it on 3 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.
Spangalore needed a friend like me yesterday... I could see it in his eyes. I am there for you brother. Remember that. Gamer score is 73,457. That is an increase of 30 points over last time! He opened up Metro 2033 acquiring 1 achievement, Clash of Heroes, Trine 2, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.
Also, remember the challenge that Spangalore was participating in? It has wrapped up. We may have earned an 'A' for effort in this challenge, but they don't give out very many points for effort, some... but not many... you gotta win... maybe next time! But, there is always next time I guess... A special thanks to the other 9 people in the competion. Good times.

Ok, here it is... your weekly recap of gaming: Oh man are my cores just rocking... Spangalore played seven days last week! SEVEN! That is a NUMBER SEVEN followed by NO ZEROS! HOT! We added 570 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. Getting 23 achievements can do that to you. I was there. I saw it!
I convinced Spangalore to try 3 games last week: Crysis®, Crysis®3, and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. It was a mix of good and bad. Also, according to the records, Spangalore's favorite game last week was Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. He played it on 5 of the days.

Spangalore really threw down yesterday. It was good to see! I wish you could have been there! Last time I checked, his gamer score is 73,362. That is a boost of 75 points over last time! He played Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon adding 3 achievements, Forza Horizon adding 2 achievements, and then Spangalore developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...
Oh, remember the challenge that Spangalore was competing in? Well, it's over. I hear first place is nice this time of year, though I really wouldn't know, since we didn't get there in this challenge. We may have lost, but we're no quitters. Nothing is over until we say it is! We're going to dust off that controller, hold our head high and get our game on! We're marching right into another challenge and this time, we'll be taking home the gold! At least I think that is the plan...
I was thinking back over yesterday and I really don't remember Spangalore and I playing any games... but our gamerscore ended up at 73287 which is 135 points higher than before. I don't like it when I forget things. I guess we played though... I hope it was fun!

Spangalore showed up yesterday and we were like a superhero team together. I make a great sidekick! Gamerscore stands at 73,152. Up up and away right? That is an improvement of 275 points over last time! That puts us above 73,000 points! He rallied BattleBlock Theater finishing an amazing 6 achievements, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon acquiring 1 achievement, Crysis® acquiring 2 achievements, and loved every minute of it in high definition glory!

Consoles are for playing! I am glad Spangalore picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 72,842 points. That is an increase of 50 points over last time! He made some progress on Gears of War: Judgment gaining 1 achievement, and oh... don't tell Spangalore this, but I have been getting in a little video chat in the off-hours. Booyah!
