Tyrok also wrapped up a gamerscore challenge today. Remember? Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 4. So yeah... maybe we can get them next time... maybe we need to try a challenge with easier people... the 9 gamers in this last challenge were too good. | permalink

Well yesterday was pretty boring... the lack of gaming heavily contributed to that... I am trying to keep a positive outlook on this, but after 5 days of neglect any normal console starts to lose it...

Did I mention the gamerscore challenge that Tyrok is competing in? Don't take my word for it! See for yourself! 9 other people are throwing down in this challenge. If I do the math correctly, it means that 9 players X 5 days means a whole lot of trash talk! Out of all those people, Tyrok is currently parked at number 4. 3 Processors, 512MB of RAM, custom graphics chip and multichannel surround sound all gone to waste yesterday as Tyrok decided not to show up.

The only thing that matters is Tyrok is beating them all! Number one so far! Take a few moments and savor the lead but then we need to get back to gaming! Currently, Tyrok is setting the pace, though, jumping into the lead and hoping to hold on through the end of the challenge. Tyrok's Weekly Recap - Jun 3 2013

Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: I told Tyrok that 2 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 30 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 2 achievements were worth it I guess!

Out of all the possible new games we could have tried this last week, Tyrok and I only tried one of them: Crimson Alliance. Pretty fun I guess... Also, I think Tyrok's favorite game last week was Halo 4. He played it on 2 of the days.

Tyrok held the Xbox button on his controller down for a few seconds and our adventure began! A gamer score of 54,428 is lighting the way. That is an improvement of 15 points over last time! He opened up Halo 4 adding 1 achievement, Crimson Alliance, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

Oh hey, remember the challenge that Tyrok was in? It has come to an end. Unfortunately, we came up short, ending up in the number 4 spot. That's ok though... at least I got into some group-action against 9 other gamers... giggidy... | permalink
