dceman's Weekly Recap - May 20 2013

It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: So yeah... Last week dceman showed up 6 days total and logged some serious gaming. Our gamerscore saw a 440 point boost which is good. I guess that is what completing 16 achievements can do! Also, by my expert calculations, dceman's favorite game last week was Dead Island Riptide. He played it on 6 of the days.

I could go on and on with the stats, but that is enough. | permalink

dceman had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 118,936 points. That is a boost of 110 points over last time! He rocked out to Dead Island Riptide gaining 3 achievements, Borderlands 2 winning 1 achievement, and oh... man was it ever sweet! In the now-you-know department, I really thought that gaming 10 days in a row would hurt... but it actually felt good... it felt warm... like butter straight out of the microwave. Yay! dceman is awesome! Just plain radical even... I say that because we played some games. Did you know our gamerscore is 118,826? That is a boost of 60 points over last time! He made some progress on Dead Island Riptide winning 3 achievements, and after we were done, dceman hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know... | permalink

I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when dceman hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 118,766. That is a gain of 30 points over last time! He made some progress on Borderlands 2, Dead Island Riptide winning 1 achievement, and then dceman had to stop for a bathroom break or something... This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: If dceman plays 6 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 155 points of gamerscore. Good stuff! Who knew 6 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...

I was feeling bored last week and told dceman to try a new game: Doritos Crash Course 2. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Also, I think dceman's favorite game last week was Dead Island Riptide. He played it on 5 of the days.

That is an increase of 15 points over last time! Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: If you are an Xbox, you might be jealous that dceman showed up to game 6 days this last week. Happy happy joy joy! We added 290 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 17 achievements were worth it I guess!

I feel a little spoiled getting 3 new games to play in the same week. With titles like Dead Island Riptide, Dungeon Defenders, and Monster Island, who can go wrong with that right? Also, I think dceman's favorite game last week was Dead Island Riptide. He played it on 3 of the days.
