Well, I didn't get to game yesterday... I hope this doesn't become some sort of trend... that would be on the lame side of things...
Oh, guess what? Our gamerscore challenge is going strong... If you want to follow along at home, catch the action here. There are 9 other people playing along as well... they better watch out. Currently funkyboy k is holding the number 10 spot in the group... decent. While we're sad we can only compete for one more day, it means we can pull out all the stops to achieve complete victory!

There's so much action in this one, you may pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge!!111! Witness the spectacle. There are 9 other people involved. funkyboy k brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 556,545 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He made some progress on SUPER STREETFIGHTER IV, and oh... man was it ever sweet! Also, don't tell funkyboy k I told you this, but we have now gamed 40 days in a row... he doesn't like to share that with others.
Also, funkyboy k went and accepted a gamerscore challenge, so I'm stocking up on coffee for the overtime I'll be working over the coming days. Check it out... the challenge is called 'Auto Challenge - #93590'.

My power supply almost exploded! funkyboy k turned on the juice and we did some serious gaming! 556,545 points of total gamerscore is pretty good. Admit it. He rocked out to SUPER STREETFIGHTER IV, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.

Do you know what time of the week it is? Time to talk about what happened these last seven days: You can't ask for a better week than when funkyboy k shows up to play Seven days in a row!! We really made it happen on the gamerscore front. An increase of 2250 points makes for a nice bounty. Those 79 achievements were worth it I guess!
In the 'new game' category, I only have one to talk about... Doritos Crash Course 2. I wasn't even going to mention it, but I figured my readers might get mad. So there it is. Also, I think funkyboy k's favorite game last week was Borderlands 2. He played it on 3 of the days.

funkyboy k is awesome! Just plain radical even... I say that because we played some games. Did you know our gamerscore is 556,545? That is an increase of 125 points over last time! He made some progress on Borderlands 2 gaining 3 achievements to defeat the game, Gears of War: Judgment, and then I needed a nap. Don't judge me! It's a lot of work pushing all those pixels.
Oh hey... also... I can't even believe that the gamerscore challenge formerly-known-as 'Auto Challenge - #93404' is over. Those 5 days flew by in a whirlwind of achievements and trash talk. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 3. That's ok though... at least playing against the other 9 gamers was enough incentive to get more points! I like points.

When you want to get on the cover of the gaming magazines, you have to play every day! I keep telling funkyboy k that as motivation... yesterday it worked! We went for a spin... played some games... ended with a score of 556,420. That is a profit of 125 points over last time! He opened up Borderlands 2, and then funkyboy k had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.

Consoles are for playing! I am glad funkyboy k picked up on that yesterday... Gamerscore is a respectful 555,855 points. That is a profit of 300 points over last time! He rocked out to Hell Yeah! acquiring an amazing 8 achievements, and then it felt like he threw my controller and I was like, TAKE IT EASY SHEESH and we stopped.

He opened up X-Blades picking up an amazing 37 achievements to complete the game, and think of all the things we learned! Ha... look at me still typing this blog entry when there is gaming to do! Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: You can't ask for a better week than when funkyboy k shows up to play Seven days in a row!! I feel like i'm bragging when I say our score climbed 1970 points last week... insanity! I guess that is what completing 82 achievements can do!
I feel a little spoiled getting 2 new games to play in the same week. With titles like Dead Island Riptide, and Star Trek, who can go wrong with that right? Also, by my expert calculations, funkyboy k's favorite game last week was Star Trek. He played it on 3 of the days.

funkyboy k likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 554,295 to be as cool as him. That is a gain of 400 points over last time! That was enough to cross the 554,000 mark! Good stuff! He rallied Star Trek finishing an amazing 22 achievements, and then I needed a nap. Don't judge me! It's a lot of work pushing all those pixels.
funkyboy k also wrapped up a gamerscore challenge today. Remember? This challenge should have been called 'How to be dominated by funkyboy k.' A lesson was learned by all. Hopefully, we can get a rematch against the other 9 challengers and prove that this win was no fluke! Plus, it'll be fun to do this again. Keeps me active!

When funkyboy k was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 552,960. He rallied Dead Island Riptide acquiring an amazing 13 achievements to complete the game, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

I had to set aside my plans for world domination yesterday when funkyboy k decided to game. Our score is 552,425 and always improving! That is a gain of 100 points over last time! He played METAL GEAR RISING winning 3 achievements to complete the game, Assassin's Creed® III acquiring 1 achievement, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

It is hard to believe another week has passed. Here is the recap: If your Xbox is depressed, try playing seven days in a row like funkyboy k did last week. It has a way of making you a bit giddy... We added 375 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 8 achievements were worth it I guess!
I was feeling bored last week and persuaded funkyboy k to try a new game: Hell Yeah!. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Also, according to the records, funkyboy k's favorite game last week was Gears of War: Judgment. He played it on 7 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 552,325? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! funkyboy k is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is an increase of 15 points over last time! He played Gears of War: Judgment, METAL GEAR RISING gaining 1 achievement, and loved every minute of it in high definition glory!
Oh, remember the challenge that funkyboy k was competing in? Well, it's over. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 10. But, there is always next time I guess... A special thanks to the other 9 people in the competion. Good times.
