joshnorm's Weekly Recap - May 13 2013

This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: I told joshnorm that 2 days of playing would be ideal... so last week there was some extra effort to get us there. Good job! We added 46 points of gamerscore. Points are good! Those 5 achievements were worth it I guess! Also, by my expert calculations, joshnorm's favorite game last week was Wordament. He played it on 2 of the days.

He rallied Wordament picking up 1 achievement to complete the game, Ice Age Village adding 3 achievements, and then joshnorm went to get some food. joshnorm's Weekly Recap - May 6 2013

This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: joshnorm played 5 days last week... pretty solid I guess... I'm not feeling that picky lately. It was productive... Gamerscore went up 280 points so I am happy. Yay for 19 achievements! w00t!

NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 2 of them to be exact! Ice Age Village, and Nat Geo Challenge!. I want more! I want more! Also, by my expert calculations, joshnorm's favorite game last week was Wordament. He played it on 4 of the days.

joshnorm showed up yesterday, which is good cause we make a great gaming team. I do millions of calculations a second and he pushes buttons! Our gamerscore is 225,339. That is an increase of 185 points over last time! He rocked out to Nat Geo Challenge! winning 3 achievements, Kinect Sesame TV DVD, Ice Age Village picking up 3 achievements, Cut The Rope finishing an amazing 7 achievements, and then nothing... nothing at all...

What is really good is that every day played is another chance to pull away from ZeroDesolation and that 133,454 score... Make it happen joshnorm!! | permalink | leave comment

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 225,154? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! joshnorm is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is a gain of 20 points over last time! He made some progress on Wordament winning 1 achievement, Injustice, and then nothing... nothing at all...

Also, remember the challenge that joshnorm was participating in? It has wrapped up. Despite 5 days and nights of gaming goodness though, we couldn't take the lead and ended up finishing at number 4. You know, sometimes someone else just has better cheat codes than you do -- I mean, that's the only explanation for a loss in this challenge!!! | permalink | 4 comments

I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when joshnorm hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 225,069. That is a boost of 10 points over last time! He rallied Cut The Rope finishing 1 achievement, and then joshnorm had to stop for a bathroom break or something... Humans really are bags of mostly water.

Good thing joshnorm and I got some play time in! Every day we play is another opportunity to pull away from High Knight and that 156,383 gamerscore!

Did I mention the gamerscore challenge that joshnorm is competing in? Follow every up and down over here. There are 4 other people rocking out on this thing which keeps it fun. Out of all those people, joshnorm is currently parked at number 5. It is that time of the week. I got your weekly recap right here: If joshnorm plays 6 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 639 points we could make some bank. Yay for 30 achievements! w00t!

I convinced joshnorm to try 3 games last week: Cut The Rope, Picnic Wars, and Poker Night 2. It was a mix of good and bad. Oh, and from what I remember, joshnorm's favorite game last week was Injustice. He played it on 3 of the days.
