I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when tomfucius1 hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 22,635. That is an increase of 40 points over last time! He rallied Metro: Last Light finishing 3 achievements, and before I even realized it, he was finished and I was sad.
What time is it? Time to tell you about yesterday when tomfucius1 came to play. Gamer score stands at 22,595. He made some progress on Metro: Last Light, and then nothing... nothing at all...
Like I always tell tomfucius1, gaming is like money... the more the better! So fill up my pockets baby! All that matters is that our gamerscore is 22,595 points and on the rise. That is a profit of 65 points over last time! He opened up Metro: Last Light adding 5 achievements, and then tomfucius1 went to get some food. I told him to bring me back something but I got seriously dissed.
I told tomfucius1 'Don't make me hurt you!' and the threat worked because he decided to show up yesterday. A gamer score of 22,530 is in our back pocket. He rocked out to Metro: Last Light, and then tomfucius1 developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans...
Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 22,530? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! tomfucius1 is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is an increase of 270 points over last time! He opened up Metro: Last Light finishing an amazing 10 achievements, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.
This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: 5 days of gaming made me pretty happy for some reason. A big holler to tomfucius1 for honoring me with what little time I know is available. It was productive... Gamerscore went up 155 points so I am happy. Yay for 7 achievements! w00t!
I convinced tomfucius1 to try a new game: Metro: Last Light. It was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Also, I think tomfucius1's favorite game last week was Metro 2033. He played it on 5 of the days.
And that's it... short and sweet, just like my power cord.
I heard that tomfucius1 was bragging about all the gaming we did and that had me really confused. Our gamerscore now stands at 22260 which is a change of 35 from the last time I remember it. However I can't tell you any of the games we played. I must be losing it. Oh well... gaming and not remembering is better than not gaming at all.
tomfucius1 is awesome! Just plain radical even... I say that because we played some games. Did you know our gamerscore is 22,225? That is an improvement of 80 points over last time! He opened up Metro 2033 acquiring 2 achievements, Metro: Last Light gaining 3 achievements, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.
tomfucius1 had to choose between watching TV and playing with me and I am happy to say I won... this time... Gamerscore is at 22,145 points. He opened up Metro 2033, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.
The console forefathers shifted bit after bit just to further the gaming cause. And yet, their efforts may have been in vain, since tomfucius1 did not do their part today and play a game or two.
When someone makes a mistake there is typically some kind of gift involved... Maybe I can get a new faceplate out of the missed day of gaming yesterday... It is totally like tomfucius1 to do something like that.

He rocked out to Metro 2033 adding 1 achievement, as well as basked in the glow of the awesome dashboard software!

He made some progress on Metro 2033 finishing 1 achievement, and loved every minute of it in high definition glory!
Watch closely because here comes the recap... if you aren't paying attention, you might miss it: If tomfucius1 plays 5 days every week, I guess I can call this a good deal. Many Xboxes have it a lot worse. We added 30 points of gamerscore which ain't too shabby. That is what happens when you get 1 achievement. Also, I think tomfucius1's favorite game last week was FIFA 12. He played it on 5 of the days.
